ASTROLAB ~ connecting polarities

this edition takes place with the sun in GEMINI and the moon about to get full in SAGITTARIUS, its opposing sign, exploring this axis and the general concept of polarity in astrology. MERCURY (ruling planet of Gemini) and the AIR element will be guiding us. through breath, movement, simple interaction, and taste, we’ll explore themes of exchange, balance, and integration. together, we will reflect on the area of our chart that is activated at this time and the cycle we are collectively at.

the session includes breathwork, guided astrological insights (on Gemini, Sagittarius, Mercury, and the current Uranus transit), an interactive exercise, a seasonal, vegan and astrologically inspired snack & drink, journaling, and a gentle movement practice.

matter taste tarot ~ air edition 🌬️

The second version of MATTER TASTE TAROT is here! After a well digested first year of journey, we have brought it to you once again, with many of the learnings we received integrated into this updated version.

Following the rhythm of the seasons, we invite you to explore the taste of each element and its connection to tarot through a sensory feast, embodied practices and guided reflections, translating the hidden landscapes of the unconscious into the conscious experience.

During this first encounter, we will explore the element of AIR, linked to the SWORDS in tarot. We begin in SPRING: the first breath after winter, the season of winds that carry seeds and spread new ideas. We will discover different qualities of air and how they help us understand this element in readings. We will learn which cards connect to it and in what way, embodying them through seasonal foods and practices associated.

ASTROLAB ~ a sensory playground to experience the cosmos

this first edition called SEEDS OF FIRE takes place under a NEW MOON in the sign of ARIES 🔥 exploring the relation to its ruling planet MARS and the FIRE element on a sensory level. through breath, taste, interaction, and movement, we connect with the themes of action, courage, and will power. together, we will reflect on the area of our chart that is lightened up right now and set intentions, planting our seeds of fire fiercely.

the session includes breathwork, guided astrological insights on aries, mars, and the current saturn and neptune transits, interactive exercise, a seasonal, vegan and astrologically inspired snack & drink, intention setting, and a gentle movement practice.

a month has passed since our last earth edition event from matter taste tarot, a series around tarot elements and food co-created with my partner in magic at .berlin

our closing session of this first series was magical and beautiful… grounded, receptive, slower and reflective, as the element itself. it allowed us to process the cycle as a whole, from within and in connection to community. to digest it properly, as winter asks for.

for whoever missed it entirely or would like to join to another element, in spring we will start a whole new cycle again 🌀 here are our upcoming dates…

workshop / WEIRDING TOGETHER, a playful culinary evening of communing with the cosmos

join me and .van.straaten for a new moon gathering around astrology and food.

we are living in unstable, uncertain and totally weird days. learning how to stay present and really feel connected to each other may be our most important medicine.

in this workshop and collective meal, we explore the Aquarius-Leo axis just in time for the new moon and solar eclipse in Aquarius, looking at the relationship between sovereignty and collectivity.

expect a deliciously designed and astrologically inspired menu and playful tools to support your nervous system and keep your heart hopeful.

some other experiences include a guided visualization, astro significations of Aquarius-Leo and the eclipses, a breathing exercise, an astro game.

it’s been a while! but i didn’t want the year to end without sharing a bit of my latest explorations 🫧

1) ~ it all started by taking a workshop with Alexis .co who taught us in her playful and didactic style a simple way to do it from home! we then repeated the process on our own with and .ote and it came out delicious! 😋

2) ~ with we’ve got excited and continued experimenting with koji, which felt like a whole new world in fermentation to me, but it was so fun (and supportive) to be koji-mamas together and share tempeture concernes (among others) with someone else 😂 after the process finished, we decided to use it to make a traditional recipe… not sure if it will work, but we suspect that the influence of doing it under the new moon in scorpio may give it an extra power 🦂 i’ll tell you more in 6 months, for the full moon in the same sign, to see how it looks after that whole transformative cycle!

in our final gathering we’ll explore the element of 𝔢𝔞𝔯𝔱𝔥, linked to the 𝔭𝔢𝔫𝔱𝔞𝔠𝔩𝔢𝔰 in tarot. we finalize our sessions in 𝔴𝔦𝔫𝔱𝔢𝔯: the refuge, the seeming stillness. the season to root ourselves, the moment of fermentation that transforms us beneath the surface. we will discover different textures and depths of earth and how they help us to understand this element in our readings. we’ll learn which cards connect to it and in what way, embodying them through seasonal foods inspired by earth/pentacles.

autumn mode on 🍂
the new season started busy, with a couple of powerful eclipses that coincided with the beginning of two new long-term courses I have taken (herbalism w .garden.life and food art w ), along with my own workshop offerings, and the official opening of my agenda for birth chart readings ✨ (curious? check out my bio for bookings)

in the midst of all that newness, I took a few days off to visit my niece in southern germany, recharging myself with sunshine, good food, fresh air, and love 💛 now on my way back to berlin, to keep on creating! new offerings coming up soon, stay tuneddd

MATTER TASTE TAROT ~ Water Edition 💧

records from the third edition of our series on the four elements of tarot from a food perspective co-hosted with at .berlin

a multi-sensory, soft and magical evening, where we explored the element of WATER/CUPS from its different states of matter, shapes and textures. the inner world reflected through emotions and sensations. the subtly of symbolic language at its best.

the juicy feast was conformed by 7 and bites, each one inspired by a card we associated with water.

the fourth and last edition of this series will be about the element of EARTH/PENTACLES (22.01.26) and you can find the tickets in our bio. EARLY BIRD available now and for a limited capacity and time. hope to see you at our next gathering 🤎
