Bakasana, the crane/crow pose strengthens not only your and , but balancing in this pose increases your overall . It is one of the foundations of arm balance in our yoga practice.

Swipe right or follow along our video with guided asanas that prime your body to successfully reach crow and all its variations. Give it a try and let us know if you were able to get through all the variations 🤸🏻‍♂️

Remember to do only what is available to your body, don’t put pressure on yourself but enjoy the process. Showing up and attempting balancing poses get you out of your comfort zone and that in itself is growth 🙏 so get out there and give this a try!
