Three days in the heart of Nepal, held by the silence of the Annapurna Himalayas and the gentle rhythm of life in Pokhara🪽

Together with , we’re creating a 3 days / 2 nights retreat for those who feel the need to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect even if time is limited.

Dates:
March 7–9
March 10–12

Each day begins with morning yoga at 8 AM, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Mid-morning offers space for individual sessions (by appointment), including:
• Gratitude meditation
• Reiki healing
• Chakra balancing
• Sound healing
• Silent meditation
• Holistic massage
• Creative workshops

After lunch and rest, we gather again at 2 PM for the afternoon program, with dinner served around 5:30 PM.

This December, we’re coming together in Basel for something special. A gentle evening to close the year, to move, feel, and celebrate in softness and light.

Christa Marinoa ( , .429 ) and Mia ( , ) are joining hearts for “Retreat: A New Year’s Prelude”. A one-day gathering designed for reflection, renewal, and creative awakening.

We’ll begin with grounding meditation + a warming yoga flow to root and soften.

then open our hearts in a cacao ceremony, followed by a kundalini-inspired dance journey, to shake off the old and invite what’s new.

and for those who wish to continue the magic, we’ll move together to NEBEL ( ) for an afterglow dance and ecstatic music by .429 for connection, and joy.

The retreat is multi-language: English & German 🇬🇧🇩🇪

A soft closing, a fresh beginning.
