Eating heavy carb options every day without a break will only lead to weight gain and stubborn visceral/belly fat ... Take it or leave it, that's the bitter truth many people don't want to hear 🤷🏾‍♀️

Swap and eat complex carbs which are less starchy 👌🏽

Let your body rest... Allow it to break down the carb it already has before adding more 👌🏽

How did your mid week look like ? 🤔

As for me, it was amazing ☺️

I had a cup of tea for breakfast 🥰

Cucumber 🥒, Mandarine and fried eggs for lunch 😋

I later crushed #7530 rope jumbs in 15 seconds intervals, burned 999 calories ,within 1 hour 💪

I later had 1 apple 🍏 for super 🤗

Consistency is all you need 💪

Don't be discouraged 😊

Keep moving on till you crush your goals 😍
