* Refuse consultations and treatments to verbally or physically abusive clients .
* Alter full retail charges as influenced by registration and market forces. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood our teams and conditions, cancellation policy prior to booking.
* There will not NO REFUND given for failure not attending an appointment of any type. *However, at the sole discretion of Areewa Skincare Solution Management reserve the rights to give or reschedule another appointment, and only available in extenuating circumstances of which the Clients may be required to provide evidence. If an appointment is still required, a new appointment must be booked.
* Prices may vary for treatments. Please refer to the price list on the website or simply ask the admin.
* The cost of consultation does not cover the costs of non baseline investigation tests or medication costs
* No guarantee is given of the availability of treatments and/or investigations during a consultation.
* However, We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why.

* By uploading image(s) via all social Nework platforms where Areewa Skincare Solutions remain active, consent is given for the image(s) to be stored in records and used for teaching purposes. Specific consent will be sought before images are used for cosmological publications or promotional purposes.
* At Areewa Skincare Solutions, we prides ourself on treating all our clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment, we ask you raise your concerns immediately or within 24 hours of appointment either in person, by telephone or in writing.
