In our work with the chakra and energy system, we repeatedly experience images, feelings, memories, or even physical symptoms arising in ourselves or our clients that may be related to a past life.

The information contained in these past lives often plays a significant role in the person and their current life situation. For example, this past life can prevent us from courageously speaking our own truth in the here and now or from creating a fulfilling spiritual life.

Especially in the crown chakra, we carry old wounds with us. Perhaps we were persecuted for what we believed in a previous life or for the way we thought about certain things. These wounds prevent us from fully opening ourselves in this life and creating a "life in the light."

Therefore, in our upcoming crown chakra seminar (16th to 19th of october, 2025), we will also work on dissolving and healing these deep-seated wounds from past lives—so that you can live your life in your truest form and in your own light.

Wouldn't it be practical if we could achieve a kind of "permanent enlightenment" in a single moment? While a "lightbulb" might dawn on one or the other, everyday consciousness usually takes over again.

And just when we want to sit still and relax, our body and "normal" thinking (also called "brainf**k") thwart our plans. Suddenly we need to get something urgent done "really quickly." Or we're hungry, thirsty, need to go to the bathroom, and so on and so forth... Our system invents a thousand excuses not to sit down right NOW.

Why? When we pause, we become more aware of ourselves: emotions that have been building up, perhaps even about to explode like a volcano. Longings we don't want to pursue for fear of disappointment. Fears that unsettle us or that undermine the illusion of our confident self. Or simply the perception that our body isn't rested or under-stimulated, or that our energy system is losing energy.

Our so-called protector-controller has learned that in moments when we're connected to our deeper self, we're even more vulnerable and susceptible to touch than usual. And in their experience, that's never ended well. So, they become inventive in their avoidance. And the easiest way to do this is when everyday consciousness takes over again.

As mentioned in one of the last posts, there is a special technique that allows you to contact your soul and ask it questions. This technique is called INVOCATION.

It's quite easy to learn, but it still requires patience and a little practice. Simply put, you formulate a question in your mind, something like: "What am I learning right now through this situation/person in my life?" and then send this question up as an energy through the Rainbow Bridge (the connection between the crown chakra and the Higher Self), and then completely let go of it (or the desire for an answer).

You remain in the trust that the soul has heard this question and will answer.

The next step is called EVOCATION, waiting for what is "evoked." And this answer can appear differently for everyone.

Usually, it's a word, a sentence, or an image that appears in your mind. Sometimes a color, a feeling, or a physical reaction. And occasionally, the soul answers in a dream or maybe through a friend with whom we speak days later.

This technique holds incredible power, and for us, it's magic. Therefore, we invite you to try it. Sit in silence for a few minutes, formulate your question, and send it upward. We're curious to hear about your experience.

In our book „Your ENERGY in ACTION!“, Energy Principle no.16 “The physicality of spirituality” states: Spirituality is an experience in the body.

To experience the Beyond, the Transcendent, is one of the most significant and uplifting experiences that can ever occur for a human being. It opens dimensions of intelligence, love, power and purpose that are truly extraordinary.

This experience forever alters you. You have a new energy, a wider vision, and an insight into life and its many situations. You literally begin to live on a higher dimension of consciousness that alters everything else in your life.

But even this is not the end goal. In fact, we call it only the halfway point. The second half of the journey is to bring this consciousness back down, to live it in your body and mind and emotions.

This downpour of energy becomes a physical and tangible experience. It starts to live within your body. You learn to put it into practice, to express it in your actions, and to let it transform your life.

Every single aspect of who you are and the life you live comes to carry this experience. Energy Principle no.17 “Manifesting the Higher” states:

We are here to bring down the higher energies of our soul and give them form in our body, mind, emotions

As the Beyond opens you awaken to a higher sense of purpose. You know that you are here for a reason, and that all that occurs has a deeper significance. Having this connection to purpose challenges you to live this purpose.

It’s one thing to envision a better world. It’s another thing to get out there and effectively do something about it.

Every one of us faces the challenge of living the higher aspects of our self that we occasionally make contact with here in this world. Who has not wrestled with having a beautiful thought but not being able to express it well? Or having an intention but being unable to execute it to the fullest of what you intended?

Let’s explore both principles, the physical experience of spirituality and “bringing the higher down” together in our live-workshop on the CROWN CHAKRA, October 16th - to 19th, 2025 in Canada.

Everything in your life... is an opportunity to grow. When we activate our higher consciousness, we can distance ourselves from the emotional entanglements of everyday life. And we understand that an essence quality is just waiting to unfold within us through the solution of the problem.

Here's a little exercise: Choose a difficult topic or problem. Now ask yourself the following question: "How might I have contributed to the emergence of this problem? What do I learn from this problem?"

See how far you are willing to change or give something up to find a new solution to the problem. The following questions will help you find practical steps:

"What could I do now? How could I put this learning into practice? Is there anything stopping me from doing just that?"

Then close your eyes and tune into your crown, the energy center at the top of your head. Set the intention to connect with your potential and trust that your soul is there for you and supports you.

Ponder on the last question: "What essential quality wants to open up anew in me?"

Even if you have never thought about the fact that there is such a thing as a "rainbow bridge" to the soul...

1. Take a moment and look at this picture. Imagine that there is this flow of energy between you, the top of your head and a higher instance of yourself. (Admittedly, the attempt to depict energetic currents is always bound to fail. Nevertheless, there is an energetic truth in this image).

2. Close your eyes and breathe into this bridge that stretches above your head. Let it grow stronger and wider with each of your breaths, as if a channel were opening above you.

3. Relax all the way in. Trust that the energetic flow between you and a higher part of yourself will begin on its own. It doesn't matter what words you give to this part: Soul, Higher Self, Intuition, Magical World...

4. You may feel a slight tingling sensation in your head... or slight goosebumps, or you become quite peaceful and calm, and everything external falls away from you. Trust these little signs, however your energy field shows you that the lotus of your crown chakra has opened and you have entered the rainbow bridge with your consciousness.

5. Through the rainbow bridge you initiate an energetic resonance in the inner world. Messages from your soul gradually flow down as a vibrational frequency, as a color, as an idea, in the form of images or words.

Do you sometimes lack that certain spark in your everyday life? Would you like more "magic" in your life? Or a more positive outlook on your future? Do you want to tackle something new, but something is holding you back?

We, our soul, the entire universe… Everything in existence, every energy strives to evolve and ultimately become more self-aware. Especially in times of crisis, old structures break down and make room for the new. This can happen on a societal and global level, or on a very personal level.

In such times, it helps to repeatedly step back and remove yourself from the drama. This shift in perspective occurs when we direct our awareness to the more finely developed area of our body-personality system, the so-called "crown chakra."

Through the techniques „Invocation“ and „Evocation“, which we practice in our Energy Balancing Workshop the CROWN CHAKRA in October in Winnipeg, the magic starts. The higher dimension becomes more active. In fact, the higher has always been active. Though it is trying to reach down, the lower is so busy and noisy, so focused elsewhere, that we often don’t notice and the higher has more difficulty penetrating.

The moment you deliberately bring your energies up you are paying attention and have begun to open the channel. Whether you are generally opening upwards or asking specifics from the Beyond; you are becoming available for the magic.

By asking two simple questions, we activate the resonance and "knowing" of our Higher Self: "What am I learning through this crisis? Is there something I need to tackle the new? What deeper, essential quality wants to unfold within me at this moment?"

Then magic can unfold its spark in our life, as we become more aware of the deep interconnectedness of all living beings with the higher levels of existence.

Something deep within us is longing for the Touch of the Beyond. We long for those precious moments, when we feel connected in mysterious ways to something bigger. Moments, that uplift us and take us to a place of consciousness, wisdom, connection, clarity, purpose, dynamism and love.

But often we miss out, as the Higher might want to touch you in a way that you don’t expect. So, when you connect to the Transcendent, be open with ALL your senses.

The response might come as a picture or a feeling. It might come as a physical sensation or in words. You might hear or see. You might get a sudden knowing, or even a smell or taste.

To recognize “a Touch from the Beyond”, be alert for some of the following:
• A sense of purpose
• A sense of a higher vibration
• A feeling of being lighter and brighter
• Insight, clarity or information
• Unusual feelings or sensations in your body
• A sense of deeper significance, of greater things at work
• A bigger picture of yourself and the situation you are in
• More detachment from your own thoughts and emotions
• So called “coincidences” that occur, bringing information or people with special significance
• Awareness that you are more than the personality with all its patterns, noise, busyness and thoughts

Be alert for the ‘Touch of Magic.’ Some of these signs might not make sense to you right away. Be patient - it’s like learning a new language. Over time you will learn to understand and translate your perceptions.

Once you open yourself up to the Beyond, you start living at a high level of intelligence, love and power that overflows into every area of your life, and you handle all these areas in entirely new, life supportive ways.

Many people feel a deep hole within themselves. It's a feeling as if something is missing in their life. A fulfillment, a purpose, a meaning and a reason for one's existence.

And even though the outside world and society might want to convince us that we can fill this hole with money, recognition, a big car, or other worldly things, it's clear that this doesn't really work.

There's always something missing, an emptiness deep inside.

These worldly things are beautiful and serve their purpose, we don't deny that. But in our experience, we only find the deep inner satisfaction we seek when we recognize who we are and what our Soul purpose is.

Because there's a reason you are here. Your soul has a specific purpose for incarnating here in this body, in this family, in this country.

This purpose is located as an energetic vibration in your CROWN CHAKRA. And there are techniques to tap into this vibration and its information. Techniques for asking your soul questions and receiving answers from it.

Many spiritual texts and traditions speak of "remembering yourself”. But what does that actually mean?

Considering this statement from the perspective of the Science of the Soul, one could say that the soul incarnates into a body with a specific intention. This soul may want to contribute something to a better world or learn a specific lesson.

Unfortunately, the incarnation process leads to a "forgetting," a kind of sleep. The soul doesn't recognize itself, and instead, something called the "body personality" forms and becomes the focal point of a person’s consciousness. This is who you think you are then.

But at a certain point, a process of gradual awakening begins. Perhaps it’s a disease, an accident, an extreme crisis. Or simply the feeling within that something is wrong. And the person then starts to embark on an inner journey, a search for an answer.

So one of the major steps in “remembering yourself” is the building of the Antahkarana, the energetic connection between the top of your head (the center of your Crown Chakra) and your Soul, about 8-12 inches above your head. This process of remembering usually takes many live times and a lot of dedication.

But eventually, every human being on this planet will step on this path and will, at some point in the future, have full soul consciousness in the body.

How this happens is a science to which we at Essence Training are dedicated.

Today we want to show you a quick way to open your Crown Chakra and access its wisdom. Because this wisdom lies in the energy of the Crown, which is located in, around, and above your head—like the crown of a tree, and you are the trunk with its roots:

• Set the energy-sensitive antennas in your palms to "On" and first gently massage your entire scalp. While doing so, shift the skin slightly at the cranial sutures. Bring all your attention to the area around your head now.

• Raise your arms and bring your hands into the energy field around your head, as if you wanted to make yourself larger there.

• Play around with the spacing and positioning of your hands for a while. See if you feel anything physically or energetically with your movements.

• Bring your hands even higher above your head, to the center of your Crown Chakra, and close and open them a few times. Do this in a relaxed and intuitive way.

Do some areas feel more open than others? Where might the chakra be withdrawn?
Do you perhaps feel a blockage? Is your crown chakra too open, too overwhelming?
Or is it losing energy?

Now imagine that your hands and your intention are slightly lifting the light in and around your head and then expanding it to all sides like a treetop.

Now ask your activated wisdom a question. Wait a moment, completely relaxed, and see if an answer comes. It can come in symbolic form, in the form of a feeling, a color, an insight, or in the form of concrete words.
