Back to Frankfurt after a lovely trip to Italy 🇮🇹 Connecting with friends, spending time in nature and some wellness was exactly what I needed before starting a new job next month. I have to admit I am not an early bird person. But when I have to teach a yoga class at 8am I still feel great every time afterwards. The energy of the class in the morning takes you throughout the entire day and this is what the makes the difference. You can still have a crappy day afterwards, but the fact, that you have taken the time for yourself in the morning, makes you handle the stress of the day in a better way 😉

Well arrived in Cusco today... we've just made it for sunset. 🌅. I could definitely feel the altitude and had a light headache. In the evening we sipped a cup of coca tea, which - according to the locals - helps for altitude sickness. Let's see tomorrow 😬😉
