If our energy is weak or damaged, we can receive many negativities and have obstacles that harm our live and our meditation. In this case this practice also creates the good base for the path. Together with live force we accumulate also the potentiality for living in good circumstances and wisdom; otherwise, what could be a long, but miserable live.
Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
The practice of Immortal Jnana Dakini Mandarava is one of the most important practices of long live among of all teachings of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. The relative function of the practice is the recovering and protection of live energy, so that the life becomes long, happy and adorned with positive capacities. The ultimate result is the complete realisation of the Buddha's enlightened state.
The practice of Jnana Dakini Mandarava belongs to Anu Yoga, the most essential of all ta***ic methods of transformation. Being the hidden treasure in the dimension of mind's nature, it was discovered by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in His clear visions. It happened during His journey to the Maratika cave in Nepal, the famous hermitage place, where Guru Padmasambha and Mandarava reached the state of immortality by performing the conjoint long life practice.
Chülen (in Sanskrit 'Rasayana' or 'the Path of Life's Elixir') is often designated in historical science as 'alchemy', the method of inner secret transformation.
Another important cycle of practices is related to the application of pleasure on the path and to development of inner heat (Tummo) as the base of developing bliss.
These practices relate to Tsalung, the secret ta***ic methods working with energy channels (tsa), with life energy of Prana (lung), and with centers of potentiality (thigle), in order to manifest one's natural state in the context of Dzogchen Path. Tsalung methods provide the capacity to integrate the primordially pure essence of elements. They are direct methods to attain complete enlightenment in the form of the Rainbow Body or the Body of Light.
We will learn this methods according to the newest instructions by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu received by Him from the Dakini Sukhasiddhi in His dreams of clear vision.
