A shamanic practitioner is trained to enter altered states of consciousness to connect with the spirit world to facilitate healing and guidance for individuals, communities or nature spaces.

Entering what is called a shamanic journey, they work with trusted compassionate spirits including power animals, ancestors and spirits of nature to draw on their power for wisdom, guidance, and healing.

A primary role is to heal spiritual wounds, retrieve soul parts lost due to trauma, clear negative energy, and guide the souls of the deceased.

They can also perform divination to understand a client's situation and offer spiritual direction for personal growth and well-being.

Maybe not surprisingly, the single factor standing out as a contributor to happiness is the quality of our relationships.
And what’s more, our relationships don’t only contribute to our happiness but also to our physical health and longevity.

The period between the 7 September lunar eclipse and the 21 September solar eclipse marks a powerful period of endings and beginnings.

Of releasing what no longer serves us. Sometimes brutally, but with finality.

Of calling in what truly aligns with our soul path. Rooted in trust and hope, pure of intent.
