Get this...

Puff puff is white flour + sugar + oil. The moment it hits your stomach, your body is already converting that flour to glucose.

Pap. Akamu. Ogi. Yes, it is fermented. Yes, fermentation gives it some benefit. But just because pap is fermented does not mean that if you now load it with three spoons of sugar, it becomes a miracle worker. 🙅🏾‍♀️

If you have been living with Type 2 diabetes and on medication for 5, 7, 10 years or more, the probability that you can fully reverse this disease is shrinking with every passing year, especially if you are STILL loading your plate with white rice, white bread, semo, eba, washing it down with sweet drinks and eating 6 times a day.
