We are proud to have mastered one of the greatest challenges in advanced insulation technology - capturing and processing aerogel.

Aerogel is an ultra-lightweight, highly porous material originally developed for aerospace applications. Its fragile, powdery nature has made it notoriously difficult to use in textiles - until now.

With our Aersulate® technology, we can integrate aerogel into multiple fabrics, offering our customers its outstanding thermal insulation properties in materials as thin as 1-2 mm. These fabrics retain almost their full performance even under compression or in wet conditions, opening up possibilities where insulation was once impossible due to space, weight, or processing limitations.
