We’re Jason and Kim, a military couple that’s devoted to sharing mindfulness-based practices specifically designed for members of our military community. Together, our mission is to help our service men and women create a routine and mindset that feels authentic, purposeful and practical through yoga, mindfulness, and specialized wellness practices to help reduce stress and improve quality of life
. During your military career, you trained in high-stress, high-tempo environments without the adequate tools to help you release the stress when it was no longer needed to survive. This is where we found that by incorporating mindfulness-based practices such as breathing techniques, mindful movement, meditation, and somatic practices you can halt the stress cycle and create new pathways. Being able to understand HOW and WHY our bodies and brains work the way they do and how yoga, meditation, and mindset practices can help improve and balance these functions is invaluable. Through our experience working with service members across the globe, and leading yoga and meditation sessions, retreats, and workshops, we’ve seen this work in ways that are beautiful to see unfold. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or symptoms of PTSD, or just want to learn more mindful habits we are excited to share specific tools so we can SERVE YOU and create pathways to restoration, one practice at a time.
