Way too much sitting today. 🙃

And yes, I totally ignored my own advice to get up every 15–20 minutes and stretch. So when I finally stood up, my lower back was not pleased with me.

I did this little sequence right away, and it made my lower back feel SO much happier. If you’ve been sitting too much, give it a try and let me know how it feels for you.

Some words are hard to translate, and I haven’t found one yet for those joyful, cat-like stretches the fascia loves. They feel so good and are such a beautiful way to nourish your connective tissue.

Shoulders screaming after traveling? Flights, hotels, Airbnbs, heavy luggage… my shoulders were DONE. So I grabbed my Yamuna ball and did a few gentle release movements.

Ahhh… finally some relief!
