Way too much sitting today. 🙃
And yes, I totally ignored my own advice to get up every 15–20 minutes and stretch. So when I finally stood up, my lower back was not pleased with me.
I did this little sequence right away, and it made my lower back feel SO much happier. If you’ve been sitting too much, give it a try and let me know how it feels for you.
