PINK MOON.
There’s something about the Pink Moon - not because it turns pink - but because it marks a shift. A reminder that seasons change, that things bloom again, that life moves forward whether we’re ready or not.
For me, it’s more than just a full moon. The last two Pink Moons found me in Mexico — in a completely different chapter of my life. Sun on my skin 🧴, salt in the air, lots of ceviche and fresh coconuts in my belly 🥥and a version of me that was growing, healing, becoming.
I got it tattooed on my thigh as a reminder. Of who I was. Of what I felt. Of how far I’ve come.
Every time I see it, I remember: growth isn’t always loud — sometimes it’s quiet, soft and steady… just like the moon. 🌕

Hey, I‘m Carina. Let me re-introduce myself with 10 random facts about me.
1) I am a Projector in Human Design which means that I am a present person when it comes to my energy and aura but I won’t be the one to initiate- I am usually just waiting for invitations and offers to come my way by attracting the right people into my life.
2) I base most of my decisions on my gut feeling/ intuition. Once I think about it for just 1 second, my mind is instantly spiraling and I lose clarity. „Sleep on it!“ - not my thing at all.
3) I am an absolute ☀️ lover. Shade? Absolutely not. It feels like my body is soaking up so much energy from the sun that I re-charge the second the sun hits my skin. (And yes: don’t forget your SPF 😇)
4) I don’t like Pizza. I said it. Never have, never will. Forever a pasta girl 🍝
5) I used to be a Hip Hop Dancer, spending 4-5 days a week rehearsing and going to competitions during the weekends. It was the most disciplined time in my life and the memories we shared will forever be in my heart. Now I just dance for fun 💃
6) I am 36 and yes I still go out and party - a lot. 😅 It keeps me energized, it‘s the perfect balance between my rather calm life as a life coach and yoga teacher and I have met the most amazing people on the dancefloor and during raves ✨
7) My soul dog Henry is my biggest teacher. He reflects so much back to me and gives the best cuddles - obvi 🐕
8) My fav brekkie is oats soaked in a blend of oatmilk, passionfruit juice and freshly pressed orange. Trust me🍑
9) Gemini Soon, Leo Rising, Virgo Moon - you know the deal.
10) I use my air diffuser every single day - with different essential oils depending on my moods and needs. It’s my sacred ritual and it keeps me grounded - plus the apartment smells amazing 🤗

tonight marks a turning point between ambition (Capricorn energy) and emotional needs (Cancer).
