Job Description
Position Title: Administrative Officer
Reports to: HR Manager, Finance Manager, and Medical Director
Qualifications
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, Pscyhology/Hr Management, Accounting, or any related field.
• Experience:
o At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience in administration, HR, or finance, experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is an advantage but not required
o Experience in handling personnel records, payroll, permits, and in managing/accounting funds
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with biometric attendance systems.
o Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
o Ability to manage revolving funds, liquidations, and other financial transactions.
o Skilled in internal and external communication, including documentation of meetings and official correspondence.
o Ability to coordinate with training institutions, government offices, and external stakeholders.
• Attributes:
o High sense of integrity, initiative, confidentiality, and accountability.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Can work independently and collaboratively with hospital management and staff.
o Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to multitask effectively.
