Hello and welcome — or welcome back.
Over the years, my work has evolved.
What began many years ago through yoga, Ayurveda and Vedic philosophy has gradually developed into a more integrative and therapeutically informed approach to self-discovery, healing and meaningful personal transformation.
Today, my work weaves together Vedic Astrology, Soul Mapping, embodied and creative therapeutic practices, Dance Movement Therapy, Ayurveda and psychologically grounded guidance to support people through times of change, uncertainty and inner transition.
I work especially with individuals navigating life transitions such as menopause, relationship changes, grief, career shifts, emotional overwhelm, identity changes, or the deeper longing to reconnect with themselves in a more meaningful and authentic way.
Through Soul Sessions, Vedic Astrology Readings, courses, workshops and the Dare to Shine journey, I offer personalised spaces for reflection, embodied exploration, emotional processing and meaningful inner growth.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: that healing and transformation happen not only through insight, but through reconnecting with the wisdom of the body, creativity, deeper self-understanding and the quieter inner voice that is often overlooked in everyday life.
Sessions are available online via Zoom in English and German.
I’m glad you are here.

Gratitude Ritual – and Good Bye (for now)

For the past week, I’ve been sharing three things each day that I feel truly grateful for — as part of the Happiness Habits course I’m co-facilitating with Action for Happiness.
Each one was something small but real — something that happened within the last 24 hours. And each one helped me end the day with more presence, more softness, more appreciation.

Today is the last day of this little ritual — and also the last post for a while, as I’m heading into a summer break to rest, travel (to Ireland as well) and create.

Here are today’s three things:
1. An unplanned breakfast with a friend in one of my favourite cafés
2. A writing group meeting at another beautiful friend’s house — a place of trust, healing, sharing, chocolate and tea
3. Still having some date bark in the freezer — the little things matter

Thank you to everyone who followed along, read quietly, or shared your own moments of gratitude. I’ll be back in September. 🩷

Until then, take gentle care.

Gratitude Ritual – Day 6

As part of the Happiness Habits course I’m co-facilitating with Action for Happiness, I’ve been pausing each day to name three things I feel truly grateful for — small or big, but always rooted in the past 24 hours.

Here are mine for today:
1. My yoga students. They’re just a lovely bunch of people who express so much gratitude and joy in practicing yoga — and somehow manage to make me feel like I’m doing something good in the world.
2. Date bark. If you don’t know what that is — OMG please Google it and try it. You won’t regret it.
3. Even at the risk of repeating myself: my best friend, again. Being able to message someone any time of day, any day, and be met with presence and care — that’s one of the most valuable things I can imagine.

What are your three things from today?
Feel free to share — or just take a quiet moment to name them to yourself.

Gratitude Ritual – Day 5

Each day this week, as part of the Happiness Habits course I’m co-facilitating with Action for Happiness, I pause to name three things I’m truly grateful for — not just in general, but things that actually happened within the last 24 hours.

Today’s moments felt especially rich:
1. Food — I find cooking incredibly grounding and comforting. It’s not just about the pleasure of taste, but about nourishment as a healing modality on every level. Today I cooked from leftovers, dishes I’ve never made or even tasted before — and they somehow ended up tasting of creativity and comfort.
2. I’ve always been a lover of myth and fairytales, so the book I’m reading now in my very special book club — Women Who Run With the Wolves — stirs something very deep in me that I’m profoundly grateful for.
3. A new version of myself and a life direction that is finally becoming crystal clear — it stirs a fire in my belly, and I feel grateful for that clarity and energy.

What has stirred something in you over the past 24 hours?
Feel free to share your three things — or simply hold them close.

Gratitude Ritual – Day 4

Each day this week, as part of the Happiness Habits course I’m co-facilitating with Action for Happiness, I pause to name three things I’m truly grateful for — things that actually happened within the last 24 hours.

Here’s what I’m grateful for today:
1. I’m very grateful for my work: spending time with kids yesterday gave me such a feeling of comfort — their affection and humor, playing games (do you know Talisman?), and drinking hot chocolate together on a rainy day. It was just wonderful.
2. Also connected to work — I feel deeply grateful for the opportunity to work creatively, using tools like writing and art in counselling. There’s so much quiet satisfaction in seeing how it supports people.
3. I’m grateful for my partner, who went out in the lashing rain last night to get us some food when I was too tired to cook. That simple act meant a lot.

What are your three things — just from the last 24 hours?
You’re warmly invited to share, or just pause to feel them.

Gratitude Ritual – Day 3

As part of the Happiness Habits course I’m co-facilitating with Action for Happiness, I’ve committed to one small ritual each day this week:
Each day I pause to name three things I’m truly grateful for — not just in general, but things that actually happened within the last 24 hours.

Here’s what I’m grateful for today:
1. Having an amazing friend who is a continuous resource for me — always available for deep talks and creative writing exchange
2. Meeting with two amazing women online yesterday for even more honest sharing and inner journeying (we’re working through Women Who Run With the Wolves together)
3. My dad — always there when I need something, quietly and steadily

What three things are you grateful for — just from the past 24 hours?
You’re warmly invited to share them below or simply reflect on them for yourself.

Gratitude Ritual – Day 2

This week I’m sharing a small daily ritual I’ve started as part of the Happiness Habits course I’m co-facilitating for Action for Happiness.
Every evening, I pause to name three things I feel truly grateful for.

It’s a simple practice, but it brings me back into the present — softens the edges of the day and reminds me of what matters.

Here’s what I’m grateful for today:
1. A whole day off, mostly spent writing and drinking tea
2. The sound and scent of rain that made it extra cosy
3. The birds that keep visiting our balcony — they really are a joy

What are your three things today?
Feel free to share them in the comments or just take a quiet moment to name them for yourself.
