One of the great explorations for a woman is to open the sexual energy by healing the erotic shadow. To celebrate sexuality together with the beauty of an open mind and heart. The kindness and the mystery. The innocent and the wild.

Open all three intelligence centers and birth remarkable, instead of wounded, creations.
Most of the women have wounds around heart and sexuality and if these are not addressed and healed, the disempowering beliefs, the stored pain will subconsciously sabotage our wellbeing, individually and collectively. We will not ask for what we are worth of, we will apologize with our being in life. But when the work is done we can gracefully and unapologetically flow between opposite states, being kind and naughty, open and mysterious, innocent and wild, folly and wise depending on the context and our intention, embodying more life qualities. It is never too late for a woman to celebrate a physical or energetic coming of age synergistically in all 3 intelligence centers: heart, mind and sexuality. This is an important path towards turning on our feminine magic combining our cognitive intelligence with magnetism and with motherly energy. A superb combination.

Remember, people want to feel seen, heard and understood in a real way and not just through mindless likes on Social Media. Even if they are teenagers. Or maybe even more applicable to teenagers.

No matter how busy we are with work and social life, helping our children feel understood, seen, heard might be hard, unrewarding, limit pushing for us on short term and one of the best use of our strengths for the greater good on long run. Becoming their role models without aiming for it. Just showing up at our best aiming to serve for their best.

Some sacred experiences don’t just move you, they recalibrate you.
Date With Destiny is one of them.

16–18h days of service in a space where people chose awareness over comfort, intention over default living. Once again, I’m reminded: real change doesn’t come from information, but from embodied decisions.

What I witnessed can’t fully be put into words, people releasing old stories, meeting themselves honestly, and choosing who they are willing to be now.

This isn’t about motivation.
It’s about identity, values, and alignment.

Deep gratitude for the leadership and service that made this possible.
Special appreciation to Anastasia Cardea for her grounded guidance and care, and Jason Yu for embodying true servant leadership, quiet, present, deeply human. Leadership in action. You were my “right hands”!

To move forward with grace in your 50’s you need to get committed and finish your unfinished business. That’s your main job in your 40’s.

You will recover parts of you that were orphaned and this will increase your energy level, your self esteem and zest for life.

It will nourish your creativity, move you away from fear, cultivate more joy and love in your mindbody.

You will become more of you and find it easier to let the overflow go to others for the greatest good. You will notice that you become more authentic (in deeds not words). Bye-bye copy cat! You will live and work unapologetically.

Remember this: you will increase your chances to show up for a championship performance at work, CONSISTENTLY.
