Watch how Prof. S. Kunsch performs an ESD+ procedure in the re**um using the AWC®duo. This case features a 71-year-old patient referred with a re**al polyp. Endosonography confirmed no signs of muscular invasion prior to resection. By enabling bimanual working and triangulation on a conventional single-channel endoscope, the AWC®duo allows a HF knife and grasper to be used simultaneously, providing continuous traction and facilitating controlled submucosal dissection.

Watch how Prof. S. Kunsch performs a Hybrid-ESD+ procedure in the stomach using the AWC®duo. By enabling bimanual working and triangulation on a conventional single-channel endoscope, the AWC®duo allows a grasper and a second instrument, e.g. a HF knife, to be used simultaneously – providing continuous traction on the tissue flap after the initial incision and simplifying submucosal dissection. The transparent spacer cap further supports a clear view and controlled endoscope handling throughout the procedure.
