Meeting your own beauty through the eyes of others.
What a gift to be reminded by other people’s words & actions.
What alchemy lies within a moment captured by an analogue camera in black & white,
developed by human hands in a dark room, whatever was caught is reflected much later.

Thank you for these invitations to rise in love
& remember moments filled with bliss & joy.
Light is shining bringt into this world even through the fades of grey you feel the warmth of love.
Realising that love & state of being is not just untouched by German winter yet nourished by it, makes me understand..
I got what it takes to awaken.

Everyone has it, that Buddha-nature within.
To transcend to what is beyond black & white, good & bad, heavy & light, painful & joyous, life & death. To realise the existence of one of any in dependency of the other all of everything. And in the ever changing nature of it all there is no static aspect nor self, no spectrum with ends, no need to attach nor detach to any of it. All labels are pictures taken by your mind of something which appears to you as an independent object or condition yet is a wave vanishing to the ocean.

Rarely one rises high enough in love to trust & surrender to one’s own nature to remember the ocean untouched by the waves.

All is taking my heart to universal expansion.
Life is a great invitation to dance with the songs of creation.
In the vast spectrum of experience & being I’ve received cheat codes for the play of life.
Ridiculous how simplicity & awareness come together as abundance within.
A wholeness in independence.
An experience of all in one,
of nothing and everything,
stillness in ever changing shapes.

What to do with a heart full of love & trust?
I give it to life.
Life is the Divine in visible form.
All of it intertwined in me and you,
earth & sky,
life & death.
May it guide me further on this journey to truly surrender to the masterplan, leaving my individual plan out of the game until I become a pure individual
- undivided in every sense.
May I embody over lifetimes what my mother named me to be

one who honours the Divine

Home has always been more challenging to experience the Divine in everyone & everything.
When I feel new heights & depths of consciousness reached safely, they infiltrate not only mind yet being
- I am called back home.
My soul is guiding me to practice: have you really understand the teachings & grown?
Can I stand under all of past & future to rise above?
Well ego has definitely died in some ways through lifting the veil of its illusion.
So let the play begin.
With the same yet always new childlike humbled being I meet life intimately in simplicity & spontaneity.
This time with the most simple yet profound purpose to be present & the dream to come back to Nepal with my mother. 🇳🇵

Mind: ‚Why don’t you listen to my doubts & fears?‘
Heart: ,My guidance is more reliable relating to a higher self not to past conditioning.‘

People told me that Nepal has its own very unique energetic body.
What that actually means when experienced is hard to grasp with mind so I’m not even trying but rather
be. here. now.
Now is such a powerful word &
as a state attained it connects right to eternity.
A timeless present moment, one after another unfolding in the great mystery of life. One moment which is ever really experienced. The only reality there is.
The whole life will always be only that:
Now.
This is the tool I use to bend time until it breaks into its illusion.
This divine journey is a melting pot of synchronicities, magic, transformation & bliss.
I have cried out of love.
I was held in love.
I was sharing love.
Many times until
I was drowning in the ocean of boundless love to fall even deeper into my heart.
I walk this path in devotion,
it becomes one with every step.

I close this home chapter with tears of love in my eyes, big smile on my face & deep gratitude in my heart moved by the beauty & power of trust into the unknown.

Coming back without a plan,
a job, a quest,
just following an inner call.

Everything was falling into places I didn’t even know existed.
Places where I felt the sense of belonging deepening in my core.
I fell in love with myself, my home, my place on this earth more courageously.
Living in expression of full authenticity.
With that I definitely hit some walls & triggers as well as creating pure magic in symbioses with life.
3 months of reconnecting to friends & family, realizing that new frequency doesn’t fit into old life & radically let go & transform, supporting my mother in her big move, hosting classes, workshops, healing sessions, ceremonies & a retreat, enjoying conscious festivals, new experiences, opportunities & connections, Berlin summer, live-music, acroyoga jams, giving back to my power place, celebrating life, my birthday & mom‘s housewarming.

Another little lifetime has passed since I‘m playing with time & space like the avatar is taming elements.

Now I‘m ready for a new adventure.
Next level roots unlocked.
I‘m excited to flow further while already looking forward to all I‘ll come home to.

Knowing that I‘m able to be the flow wherever I am wherever I go.

Can you feel it?

The firework of energy in transformation happening in this moment.
Infinite unique waves of expression flowing as one divine ocean.
Diversity of realities merging in different dimensions & multiple layers.

One is biting into an apple while another is suffering from hunger.
One is on their way to work while another is walking on the beach.
One is praying for rain while another is fearing a flood.
One is laughing out of joy while another is hiding their sadness.
One is screaming out of anger while another out of surprise.
One is taking their first breath while another is taking their last.

One moment.
All in one field.

Feeling.
Experiencing.
Evolving.
Transforming.
Breathing.
Being.

One.

Zero.

Can you feel it?

Within the noise I find silence.

Within movement I find stillness.

Releasing labels & limits with listening to thought patterns of mind & not engaging with them, not nourishing these neuronal bridges which are not serving me.

Creating space to see & experience infinite possibilities which are mirroring the openness to receive & abilities to be present & hold space.
As I surrender myself to presence, breath & heartbeat become the harmony of my unique vibration.
A dance of threads weaving into the greater art of life.
All synchronicities clearing the path.
I ask a question.
A response appears.
Thoughts manifesting reality like a play.

I am the one creating while receiving, experiencing while giving,
one unique painting of life’s colourful spectrum while being the painting, painter, canvas, colours, brushes & the one perceiving the ever-changing creation of it all.

Thank you powerful beautiful year 2023 for being such a transforming loving expanding timeless experience, lifetimes has past & I am where I need to be.

Samsara- the cycle of death & rebirth

Next to the cycle of actually transitioning from one physical body into another, a day to day, moment to moment Samsara exists.
Every day is a journey through both states & all inbetween.
So many invitations to let parts & idea about self & life die & transform.
Space is created for known words & images put together in new ways to deepen the experience of life.

From stepping into the flow to being the flow.
From perceiving the magic around to sparking the seed of it into every moment.

Every you becomes my Guru, my Lama, my teacher as a glimpse of your story, your perspective enlightens a part of myself which was asking to be discovered.

With an open heart, relaxed body & calm mind I sit here with you to hold space for whatever wants to be expressed through you. I cherish your tears. I share your laughter. I honor your vulnerability.
I receive your love.

I step away reborn allowing whatever goes in resonance to become a new part of me without identifying with it.

I step out & feel.

Who am I?

When with every experience, every encounter, every realization that sense of I shatters into pieces & becomes a same-same but different symphony of the whole.
