So many of us know this feeling.
We fear the feeling of fear itself.
We fear grief before it arrives.
We fear loss before we’ve lived.
We fear the next panic attack, more than the pain that caused it.

And in that fear—we pause. We shrink. We avoid.
We lose time, joy, and connection…
We often lose ourselves.

But healing asks us to walk toward it.
