My Yogapath: The first steps on my yogapath I took in Finnish Lapland 2003. After that my practice was quite irregular, but the transformation had started and there was no turning back. After many years working as a diving instructor around the world I started dreaming of learning more about yoga. Since I was 15 years old, I have had a diagnosis of RA that is an autoimmune disease. I was also looking for a way to self-healing.
I headed to my first yogateacher training in India in Nasik and joined a Yoga Teacher Training Course of 250hours in an ashram that is following the tradition of Swami Sivananda Saraswati and Swami Satyananda Saraswati. I can say that that time in the ashram turned my life upsidedown. Everything changed. How I was thinking, eating, moving, living and loving. I was impressed about my experiences and wanted to learn more.
2014 I joined an other teacher training course for Traditional Vinyasa (RYT200) in a tiny ashram in Kerala, India with my Guru Sinduma. There I learned to know an amazing girl. That was me. Later that year in Thailand I met another amazing person, Philipp, who I have the pleasure of sharing my life with now.
