The magic on our last Play & Wonder tour was absolutely real. We built connection that went beyond words, backgrounds, and judgments.
We took a wild swim, screaming our anger into the water, letting go of the tensions and anxiety.

We walked with closed eyes, guiding each other with care and tenderness, finding peace in wonder, silence, and awe.

We danced barefoot on the wet moss, lifting each other high into the tree crowns, feeling truly connected to nature and our roots.

All of this brought a profound realisation: we can't control what life has prepared for us – we can only accept what is and let it flow through us.

I'm so incredibly grateful for this journey with you and can't wait for many more to come. Thank you for showing up exactly as you are.

“There is no nature in Denmark” - I’ve heard that so many times.

Sure, we don’t have dramatic mountaintops or endless wilderness…
But that’s exactly why Denmark is such a perfect place to practice mindfulness.

It’s easy to feel present when you’re standing in front of a glacier or a canyon.
But here, with soft landscapes and subtle beauty — you really have to notice.
To be curious. To slow down.

Denmark invites you to shift your mindset.
To find those mindful tools and actually use them.
To pause.
To come closer.
To see the “awww” in the small details.

Very often, in Nature, if we turn off our phones, walk in silence for a while, or maybe sit somewhere in stillness... when there's no more distractions, numbing noise, or to-do lists - SOMETHING can come up.
A feeling. A thought. A process.

There were times at the crossroads of my life, when I intentionally retreated into Nature for days - just to let that THING arise. To feel it fully. To recognise its source. To find deeper meaning in my pain, and to see the bigger picture of it all.

Nature can really do that for us.

It’s not a place to escape our feelings - but a place to meet them, the way they truly are.

Thank you all for joining Mindful Hike and sharing this inward journey together.

Thank you all for joining the Play & Wonder tour 🌿✨
It was such a pleasure to co-create this playful and magical space where authentic connection could unfold.

Special thanks to:
• The sun for keeping us warm and shiny ☀️
• The alien-beetle who joined our circle 🐞
• The Gate of Presence where everyone was welcomed just as they were 🚪
• The Tree for holding us gently in its arms 🌳
• The loud laughter rolling down the hill 😂
• The best "human camera" shots 📸
• The brave bare feet that stayed connected to the earth all day 🦶
• The cozy talks by the fire long after the event was over 🔥
• The feeling of safety and gentle care, even though we were "strangers" 💛

Our recent Mindful Hike was definitely stepping into a world of mindfulness, connection, and the beauty of nature - it was absolutely amazing! 🌲✨

So, what did we dive into on this journey?

🌳 Tree Climbing Adventure: We let our inner child out to play.

🎨 Nature Art: We turned our nature finds into stunning mandala, showing us that everything in life is connected.

🌱 Nature Care: We planted a tree next to one that was cut down, creating harmony and leaving a positive trace.

🧘 Meditation in the Shelter: We took meditation outside, finding a new path to inner peace using the sound of a wind and coziness of a shelter.

🚶 Silent Walk: We discovered the beauty of quiet moments, together, as we strolled through nature.

🌍 Mindful Awareness: With hearts wide open, we basked in to our senses and practiced gratitude for the nature around us.

🔥 Community Connections: We bonded over a shared meal prepared on an open flame, creating connections with each other.

I am extremely grateful for each one of you who took part in the hike and gave me so much power to continue my work 🙏🏽✨🌿

Have you ever tried standing still for as long as it takes for nature to get used to your presence? That's when the real magic begins. Magic in the outside world and inside, within you.

Dragonflies come to check you out 🪷
Fish gently nibble at your skin to see if you're something tasty🐠
Birds boldly hop from branch to branch, curious about your non-threatening presence🐦
A squirrel playfully tosses an acorn at you to confirm your existence🐿.

Clarity of mind emerges. Time disappears. Thoughts become quieter and more subtle, like ripples on the water.
Sometimes, I find ideas and solutions I've longed for a long time, just by being still and observing what’s around me.

For these very moments, I choose silence and mindfulness in nature.
