This has been the theme of 2025 for me…

To embody the version of me who can hold the frequency of the change I have been asking for.

Which means meeting myself and life in a new way.

To heal and change the old storytelling, beliefs, fears and insecurities, in the moment where they are most alive.

To surrender even deeper for each time I felt lost and in despair…

To listen, and to be led…

Instead of shrinking, when I got triggered, I chose to let it become portal for transformation.

And that choice changes everything ♥️

Life will begin to respond differently when you change from the inside out.

This isn’t just a mindset shift.
It’s an embodiment of your truth.

Shedding the outgrown layers and grounding yourself in your sense of worthiness.

2025 var året hvor lagene blev skrællet af.

Hvor jeg skulle ned og mærke dybet af min sorg, for at genfinde og styrke tilliden til mig selv og det mit hjerte visker til mig.

At stole på min krops signaler, min intuition ~ selvom det sjældent giver rationelt mening.

2026 er året hvor vi integrerer…

… Hvor vi ikke længere er i processen, men vælger at kropsliggøre det lærte.

Den 26.01.26 starter mit 6 ugers online forløb “Vend hjem til din essens” ✨

…skabt ud fra min egen rejse hjem i kroppen, nervesystemet og kunsten at manifesterer ud fra vores energi og frekvens ~ ikke vilje og positive tanker.

Det er en blød modbevægelse på vores afhængighed til præstation og GØREN.

En hjemkomst i VÆREN og lade livet bevæge sig igennem os gennem samskabelse med noget større 🌱

Forløbet er til dig, der inderst ved at du skaber gennem din modtagelighed, blødhed og nydelse.

… og er klar til meget mere af det ♥️

I often get asked…

“So what now? What is your plan? Where are you going to live next?”

But compared to earlier this year, where I felt a lot of anxiety about not knowing and constant moving places…

… I actually feel very peaceful about not knowing…

Because there is a deeper part of me that KNOWS

Knows that I am held and guided….

And the more I surrender to it the more I hear the whisper much clearer

It’s a conversation with spirit

And that is the real sense of safety

I trust the guidance and I take steps in alignement with that…

…and that looks so different compared to what my mind would have done ♥️

What if knowing is a sensation and not having a plan?

You are here to let life happen through you.

To co-create with the intelligence of life by tapping into your feminine essence.

When we truly surrender to this truth,
we naturally begin to take action from trust rather than fear

… From divine alignment,
… From universal intelligence.

Maybe you learned, just like I did, that you had to prove your worth through hard work and hustle.

So much so that your nervous system became familiar with the struggling. (Instead of thriving)

That it feels somehow safer, to always be “on your way to” something instead of actually living it.

But It’s no longer about learning more.

It’s about embodying what you’ve already learned.

Integrating, rather than constantly searching for more information.

Being it 🌱 instead of being on the way to it.
