There is a version of me that still wants to rush, to fill every space with doing.

I see her and I recognise her when she is triggered.

I’ve learned to meet her with gentleness and this is what makes the difference. I can welcome that part of me, without judging or suppressing..

But at the same time to choose differently.

To pause when urgency rises and ask… “where is this coming from?”

Because my truth doesn’t rush.
It arrives softly, in steady, gentle waves.

And when I surrender into that rhythm, I don’t have to force my way forward…

I’m already being led.
And from here I am open to receive 🌱
