❌Rejected three times.
✅Selected on the fourth.

We’re starting 2026 with momentum.
My Mental Wellbeing has been selected for the Innofounder program, Denmark’s most competitive, government backed accelerator. 📈

While this is a story of success, it did not start there. We remember the three rejections, the waiting, and the disappointment of others not yet seeing what we could already see 🙌

This is not an overnight success story. It is a story of perseverance.
With close to 2M DKK secured, 1M DKK in revenue, and 11 paying customers, we’re entering the year focused, funded, and ready to scale. 🤝

Innofounder provides runway fueling funding, mentorship, strategic business support, and access to a strong founder and alumni community. 😊

This puts us in a strong position to accelerate product development, grow the team, and scale our solution and impact.
🔸To anyone facing rejection right now: Do not let a no become a stop.
🔸Progress often looks like persistence before it looks like success

HR leaders aren’t failing their people. 🤯They’re just missing the right tools. 💻
As HR teams, you're tasked with:
✅ Preventing burnout
✅ Supporting leaders
✅ Reducing sick leave
✅ Improving workplace culture

But without the right resources:
❌ Real-time insights
❌ A unified process
❌ Continuous data
❌ Scalable systems

Surveys twice a year won’t cut it. Workshops alone aren’t enough. Mental fitness needs a system — daily check-ins, long-term patterns, and actionable insights that HR teams can act on. 🤯

That’s where we come in. Our platform is built to support you with the tools you need to create real change. 🤝

Ready to make mental fitness a daily practice in your organization? Let’s get started. 💪

3 Ways to Survive the Post-Christmas, Cold, Dark, Broke, Unmotivated Danish January ☁️ ❄️
(yes, it’s a whole season)

Let’s be honest: 🤗
January in Denmark hits like a wet snowball to the face. ❄️

You're broke from Christmas, pale from zero sunlight, and your motivation is somewhere in Málaga living its best life. 🙌

So here’s how to barely keep it together (scientifically approved by MMW (My Mental Wellbeing)😌):

1. Refill Your Energy Before Opening Your Laptop 💻
Your body budget is probably emptier than your bank account right now.
Sleep, food, hydration, movement, your brain needs fuel before it can care about Q1 plans.
If not, everything feels hard… because it is.
Good news? 😁

The MMW app helps you rebuild that energy with tiny, doable habits that don’t require willpower (because who has willpower in January?)

2. Stay Connected (No, Not to Your Wi-Fi, to Actual Humans)
January loneliness is real, especially when everyone collectively regrets returning to work.
Talk to your team. 💬
Have a laugh. 😄

Share your trauma from Danish winter.☁️
Connection literally boosts your mental fitness and motivation.

3. Embrace “Minimum Viable Productivity”
If your brain wants to hibernate? SAME.
Start small.
One task.
Then celebrate like you just ran a marathon.

January is not the month to be a hero, it’s the month to survive. 👏

If your team needs support building energy, habits, and resilience (while getting through the coldest month of the year without crying), the MMW platform + onboarding training was literally built for this.

Let’s help your people feel human again, even in Denmark’s darkest hour. 🌚✨

The longest study in human history has proven one thing:
It’s not money. 🤑
It’s not status.
It’s not career success. 🤗
The biggest predictor of long-term happiness and health is…
the quality of our relationships. 🤝

For 85+ years, the Harvard Study of Adult Development has tracked people across their entire lives, and the conclusion is brutally simple:

Good relationships keep us healthier, happier, and living longer.
Loneliness and disconnection do the opposite.

Now here’s the kicker: 👊
We spend one-third of our entire lives at work.
So if relationships are the foundation of well-being, then workplaces aren’t just places to “get things done.” 🙌

They’re one of the most influential environments shaping our mental health, stress levels, and long-term satisfaction.

This means two things:

1. Psychological safety, connection, and community at work are not “nice-to-haves.” 😮‍💨
They’re health interventions.

2. It’s a shared responsibility.
Employees need the skills to communicate well, regulate stress, and build supportive habits.

Employers need to create environments where trust, belonging, and well-being are built into the culture ,not bolted on.

At MMW (My Mental Wellbeing), this is exactly what our platform and onboarding training support: 🤗

Helping teams build social well-being, resilience, and the kind of everyday habits that make work feel human, meaningful… and actually enjoyable.

If relationships are the key to a long, healthy life,
then building better workplaces is not just good business.
It’s good biology. 💪
Let’s create cultures where people don’t just work, they thrive.💛

End of Year letter by is here. (Yay)🎊🎉

Subhi reflects on an unforgettable 2025.
One word defines it: Perseverance.

Here is how Subhi puts it:

For the past five years, I’ve written an end-of-year letter where I invite you into my reflections on the journey MMW took in 2025.

A year about showing up when progress was slow. About leadership, perseverance, and the role community plays when things are uncertain.

I’m sharing it as we step into 2026 with clarity and with momentum we’ve earned.

Later this month, I will also be sharing more about the secured runway that sets us up for the next chapter at MMW (My Mental Wellbeing).

“New year, new me.” 🌿
We say it every year, and then wonder why nothing really changes. 🫣

Without the right knowledge and systems, well-being habits don’t last. 😅
That’s why our platform helps people stay on track long after motivation fades. 🤗

✨ From all of us at the MMW Team ✨

As the year comes to a close, we want to pause and say thank you.
Thank you for trusting us, for showing up for yourselves and your teams,
and for choosing to invest in mental well-being even when work and life felt heavy. 🎄

This year reminded us that well-being is not built in big moments,
but in small, consistent practices and support systems. 💪

Through our MMW (My Mental Wellbeing) platform, workshops, and daily habits, we are grateful to have supported leaders and employees in building emotional skills, resilience, and healthier ways of working. 🤗

As we step into the holiday season, we wish you rest, warmth, and moments of connection, and a new year filled with sustainable energy, balance, and care for what truly matters.

🎄 Merry Christmas & warm wishes,
The MMW Team 💛

“Work comes with emotional challenges no one puts in the job description.” 🤯
We’re trained for tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities,
but not for the emotional realities of work. ✍

No one prepares us for:
• stress
• pressure
• overwhelm
• emotional dynamics
• quiet burnout
And without the right skills, work becomes survival instead of sustainable performance. 🤯

The Wellbeing Trifecta: 💪

🌀 Stress Management — reduces immediate stress, preventing burnout
🌀 Resilience Building — strengthens your ability to handle challenges
🌀 Burnout Prevention — sustains long-term energy and wellbeing

These three systems work together,
and when one is missing, wellbeing breaks down.

At MMW, we educate, train, and equip employees with the emotional skills that support all three pillars of wellbeing.

We teach:

✨ Self-awareness (spot your stress patterns)
✨ Self-regulation (manage overwhelm in real time)
✨ Social awareness (understand others’ emotions)
✨ Social regulation (communicate and support effectively)

Healthy employees → healthy teams → healthy culture.

MMW builds emotionally skilled, mentally resilient workplaces.
Because work becomes better when people feel better.

Before you label yourself an anxious disaster with a side of chaos, do a quick vibe check with your body budget:

🛌 Sleep: Did you get actual rest, or did you just close your eyes and fight for your life until morning?

🥗 Food: Have you eaten anything today… besides coffee and hope?
🍑 Movement: Did your butt leave the chair, or are you now part of the furniture?
🗣️ Connection: Have you spoken to a kind human being, not Slack, not emails, not the void?

If the answer is “lol no” to most of these, guess what?
You’re probably not anxious, you’re just running on biological bankruptcy.

Your brain isn’t sending danger signals…
It’s sending overdraft notifications. 💀

That’s the magic of understanding how your physiology shapes your mental fitness, and why sometimes the most life-changing intervention is… a sandwich and a walk.

We teach this during our MMW (My Mental Wellbeing) onboarding so employees stop gaslighting themselves and start supporting their actual human biology. 🔥

Wanna help your team do the same?
Ping Olga Skalska 🧠💪 or Subhi Irshed.

We’ll help you with insights, knowledge, habits, and processes, so that your team can focus on thriving, not surviving 😊
