Mental Fitness Begins in the Body: Building Resilience Against Stress & Burnout
What if mental fitness wasn’t about pushing harder—but about supporting the body first? This community gathering invites you into a grounded conversation on how physical health forms the foundation of mental fitness and helps buffer against stress and burnout.
Led by Licensed Psychologist and MMW (My Mental Wellbeing ) Co-founder , the talk connects neuroscience, psychology, and everyday habits to show how sleep, energy, movement, and recovery shape our mood, focus, and resilience. You’ll explore how small, realistic physical shifts can strengthen mental fitness and create lasting balance in both work and life.
Come for the insights, stay for the shared vegetarian dinner, meaningful conversations, and the feeling of being human together.
