A snapshot from a little walk by the lakes of Copenhagen the other evening... 🚶with oh so many different benefits:
👉 Fresh air in my lungs
👉 My body in movement
👉 A break from all sorts of screens
👉 A time for less things "to do" and more "simply being"
Do you remember the small breaks during the day? During the week? In between all chores and duties?
Breaks are proven good for us 👌 They are however super easy to forget 😅 and therefore also super easy to underestimate!
I admit - I am not the best myself at taking breaks during a regular work day... 😉 but when I do remember and allow myself these breaks - I feel the difference - in my mood and in my mind 😌
