Jeg flytter til Århus 🌾
Hjem til mine rødder i Jylland, hvor jeg er vokset op.

De sidste par år har jeg mærket et voksende kald mod Århus, som jeg nu tør lytte til og følge.

Om nogle uger flytter jeg til et lille bofællesskab, Hjerteland, der også vil være base for fremtidige events, da stedet netop har en smuk stor sal og plads til at afholde både Primal Play samt længere retreats.

Gennem de sidste 3 år har jeg afholdt Primal Play næsten hver måned i Rört. Et rum for leg, krop og kontakt. Det har været et sted at møde dejlige mennesker, sætte tempoet ned og give plads til det der opstår imellem os.
Jeg er meget taknemmelig for alt det, der er blevet delt der.💛

Fremover vil jeg komme til København ca. hver 3. måned og holde Primal Play samt Alive events.
Inden jeg flytter, holder jeg ét sidste Primal Play i Rört d. 16. januar. Hvis du har haft lyst til at være med, eller har lyst til at komme igen, er du meget velkommen.

Whether you’re a facilitator, space holder, or someone drawn to deep personal development, this training might be for you.

Over 5 immersive days, you’ll join a group of committed humans to move, breathe, feel, and express together. Through embodied, trauma-informed practices, you’ll explore how to create safety in the nervous system, meet triggers with awareness, and build trust: in yourself and in connection with others.

The training, facilitated by Buster Rådvik, weaves together experiential practices, practical tools, and theory, supporting both your personal journey and (if relevant) your path as a space holder.

I have personally learned a lot from Busters teachings and can wholeheartedly recommend his training in Copenhagen on May 20th-24th.

The next ALIVE Ta**ra Festival in Copenhagen will happen on April 17th-19th 2026, and we’re excited to welcome 220 people for a weekend of connection, intimacy and vibrant aliveness🙌🏼
