Sunday morning…

Core is born.

It feels like arriving somewhere in Italy
where mornings are slow
and no one rushes your nervous system.

Testing matters

The reason your supplements stopped working isn’t discipline.

If you’ve been taking the same supplements or following the same health protocol for years, this is for you.

Most people don’t stay stuck because they aren’t disciplined.
They stay stuck because their body has changed
and the plan didn’t.

I worked with a client today who had done everything she was told.

Clean food.
Supplements.
Gut protocols.

And still she’s been on antibiotics twice this month.

Not because she didn’t care.
Not because she wasn’t trying.
But because something meant to be temporary
became automatic.

A supplement plan.
A protocol.
A routine she never questioned because it once helped.

She stayed on antimicrobials for years.

So she kept killing bacteria.
The bad ones: yes.
But also the protective ones.

When protective bacteria disappear, tolerance drops.
The immune system weakens.
The body gets sick more often.
And the cycle continues.

When we tested, the message was clear:

Nothing to fight.
Nothing to kill.
Nothing to push.

No parasites.
No pathogens.
No yeast.

What was missing wasn’t effort.

It was capacity.

Low beneficial bacteria.
Low tolerance.
A gut that couldn’t handle fiber
not because of “overgrowth,”
but because it had been over-treated for too long.

Protocols and supplement plans are tools.
Not lifetime instructions.

This is why guessing doesn’t heal.
And why testing matters. Not to do more,

Try this in 2026.

Stop forcing January detox.

Every year, the same push:
New year.
New discipline.
Hard reset.
More rules.
More pressure.

And every year, bodies push back.

Cold.
Dark.
Overstimulated.
Depleted nervous systems.

I’ve guided seasonal detox programs
four times a year, every year, since 2016.

And the biggest mistake I see isn’t willpower.

It’s timing.

Detox doesn’t fail.
