Not sleeping?

Most people don’t have a supplement deficiency.

They have a Nature deficiency.

A client of mine calls it Vitamin N.

This isn’t an inner-child trend.
It’s the blueprint I was born with.

You don’t meet me all at once.
You meet the nervous system that built me.

Before I had a title before NP CARES even existed
my body was already learning patterns.

The girl who danced when nobody watched.
The one who slept because rest felt safer than noise.
The one who listened more than she spoke.
The one who felt food as regulation, not distraction.
The one who showed up even when she didn’t feel she belonged.

I didn’t become this work.
I remembered it.

Today I see it everywhere:
