The transgender community is the most visible part of the LGBTQI collective. But it is also in quantity one of the less visible parts of it politically. We face different challenges in the construction of our identity that is far different of the challenges of accepting a sexual orientation. Through history we had been victims of medical misconceptions, and malpraxis on our integral health (ex.Hormone replacement therapy. Sexual Reassignment Surgery). Mistreat of the governments and lack of policies that guarantee us a proper social insertion; Most importantly the proper treatment in education services that place us in a more comfortable position in the labor market. The lack of studies in transgender issues and the public condem of a mental disease has left society completely blind and no perspective of the transgender population. Which leads us to face discrimination in a daily basis that is differently executed in societies, depending on many factors. Development. etc.) Purposes:
1. Decrease discrimination (transphobia) within the state. (Health institutions and services)
2. Increase the participation of the transgender community in the labor market. (Education programs. alliances with unions and/or creation of this)
3. Encourage the transgender popular voice in the decision making places. (initialize a straight connection with political parties through studies, conferences, campaigns and activities, that provide a serious perspective of the community)
4. Empowering the participation state wise of the transgender community. Activities:
1. Media campaigns for a better popular understanding of the trans community
2. Promote the creation and participation on studies related to trans issues.
3. Activities of enforcement of the participation of the trans community in society.
4. Programs in universities and education institutions for and pro trans persons.
5. Alliances and conferences with political parties and institutions to provide a better information about the trans necessities.
6. Recreational/empowering activities within the community.

Population to benefit:
Primarily: Transgenders, Transexuals, Intersex, queer (gender) persons. And secondarily: Others who identify or relate to the Trans community. Population to reach:

Promote through the organizations with a communitarian base for the empowerment of the transgender people internationally. Through actions of strengthening of the organizational skills. Educational capacitacion, establishment of strategic alliances, and promoting actions in political incidence. Decrease discrimination in the society for a better insertion of trans people pursuing a better quality of life for nationals and foreign persons in every society. And demand a better scientific understanding of the transgender community for a proper psychological and medical treatment. Vision:
Be pioneers in the insertion of the transgender community and integrally a better understanding of the necessities of the population. Be able to provide information to the private and state institutions about trans issues and capacities. Reach the legal recognition of the human rights for a personal and social growth on a dignifying citizenship and life. Facing transphobia and hate crimes successfully. Results:
Social insertion and a consistent change in the information, treatment and visualization of trans persons in the society.
