Bliv en del af Sauna House nye løbeklub 🏃‍♀️🏃

Vi løber hver tirsdag kl. 17 til 18 og søndag kl. 09 til 10 ✨

Et løbefællesskab med plads til både erfarne løbere og begyndere.

Vi løber i et roligt tempo med en pace på 5.30 til 6.00. Ruterne går typisk omkring Kastellet, i Fælledparken og på de længere ture rundt om søerne, og distancen er cirka 5 km.

Vi mødes ved Sauna House, hvor turen også afsluttes med en forfriskning i fællesskab 🪭

Herefter er der mulighed for at gå i sauna og restituere.

Forberedelsen op til selve saunagusen er en vigtig del af processen og noget, som man som gæst ikke altid ser ✨🪭

Hos Sauna House handler det om alt fra at forberede de rigtige olier og gøre saunaen klar til at skære frugt og stille elektrolytter og nødder frem til mellem runderne 🙌
