The Epital

The Epital "Moving health care to your fingertips" www.epital.org

In the Epital there are no patients - we only speak of citizens, and in the health care system of the future the citizens are given back the ownership of their situations. This means, that thorugh one point of access they can reach all the nessesary health care informations and services and get professional support - anytime - anywhere. We work in ”open-source”, share knowledge and ideas and work together towards laying the foundation stone of the health care services of the future. The Epital has been developed without financing by voluntary contributions from a large group of voluntary cross sector health professionals in cooperation with the research institutions Copenhagen University, Denmark’s Technical University and Copenhagen University College of Engineering.
