Venice — like a woman.

Walking through the city, I found myself thinking that every woman is like this city:

A story of rise and decline,
filled with memories, secrets, and the spirits of the past.

Who among us hasn’t lost her treasures and spent years searching for them,

Who among us hasn’t sacrificed our ideas and dreams — our unborn children — for the sake of an illusion of success.

Who hasn’t worn masks:
a successful woman
a woman in a happy marriage
an always kind and understanding mother
a woman who never gets tired?

Who can truly understand even one woman — to the end, to the very depth of her soul?

And do we even understand ourselves?

Because the wheel of time keeps turning,
and we keep spinning with it.

Finding only rare moments to ask ourselves:

Who am I, really?
Who am I without all these masks?
Who am I if I am not a mother,
not a colleague,
not a wife?

How often do you ask yourself this question?

Recently I heard the following:
you don’t have to be strong anymore.

I don’t really know what that means.

Is there someone who will take care of me?
Feed me, hold me, stroke my head?

I simply don’t understand when women are divided into strong and weak.

Don’t we all want to grow, achieve our goals,
raise children or build our own projects?

Don’t we all want to make decisions
and do what truly resonates with us?

It seems to me — or rather, I am absolutely sure —
that a woman’s strength is something that has always been within us as women.

And when the moment comes,
we simply use it, without even thinking.

When we need to protect a child
or stand up for a friend.

Who among us hasn’t done that?

The only thing is, sometimes we get tired.
And in those moments, we need support.

Not pity.
Not to be saved.

But real support.

A woman cannot stop being strong,
because that strength has been within her from the very beginning.

You probably think of the second half of life as something that begins after 40.

But haven’t you met people who never really grow up?
And I don’t mean those who can still feel joy like children.

I mean those who:
• blame others for their failures and their feelings
• are aware of their problems but do nothing to change them
• wait for a sudden, almost magical change that will make life better
• depend on others to confirm their worth

So the second half of life begins at the moment when we start to understand that:
• my life is my responsibility
• I choose
• I stop depending on other people’s praise, approval, and emotional reactions
• I understand and accept that life is unpredictable, full of challenges and emotions, and that people are different

Not everyone moves into the second half of life.
But it is something we can learn.

Which half are you living in right now?

The other day I was preparing Blue Lotus tincture, it’s a special ceremony for me every time I do it, a sacred act to connect to the Lotus Spirit.

And during the preparation process, I wondered…did you know historically in ancient Egypt, the lotus flower held deep spiritual meaning. The Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) appeared constantly in temple carvings, sacred art, and religious rituals. Egyptians noticed something extraordinary about Blue Lotus.

Every night the flower, that grows in the mud, closed and sank beneath the water, and every morning it rose again and opened to the sun.
Because of this, Blue Lotus became a symbol of rebirth, awakening, spiritual enlightenment, and rising of consciousness.

In our modern world many women carry enormous responsibilities — work, family, expectations, constant pressure, and very little time to reconnect with themselves.

Blue Lotus Ceremony offers something rare:

a sacred pause.

It is a moment where women can slow down, reconnect with their inner voice, experience beauty, ritual, sound, and presence.
In this space something subtle but powerful happens. Like Blue Lotus itself, something inside begins to open.

The Lotus Ceremony is not about performance or fixing anything.

It is about remembering.

Remembering the wisdom within.
Remembering the beauty of connection.
Remembering the power of simply being present…

Have you ever noticed how certain music can completely change how you feel?

A single sound…
a drum…
a singing bowl…
a melody…

The heart beats in rhythm.
The breath moves in waves.
Even our cells respond to frequency.

For thousands of years, cultures around the world have used music, rhythm, and sacred sounds for healing, meditation, and connection.

When we listen to music that touches us deeply, something shifts.

Our nervous system relaxes.
Our emotions open.
Sometimes we even feel healed without knowing exactly why.

Sound, rhythm, and gentle vibration can help create spaces where women can relax, reconnect, and simply be.

This is something we are starting to weave into our Lotus Ceremonies and upcoming sound gatherings.

Sometimes the most powerful medicine is simply sound and presence.

Sophia, Keeper of Wisdom

Within each of us lives the Ancient Woman —
the first Mother, the Mother of all Mothers,
the feminine wisdom, the soul of Woman.

Her voice may be barely audible,
veiled by layers of history, cultural conditioning,
and social expectations.
Yet it is still there.
It has never left.

And you can hear it
if you dare to walk a certain path.

This is the path where you allow every facet
of your feminine nature — hidden, forgotten, silenced —
to unfold.
Where you descend into the depths of your unconscious.
Where you let your own voice rise
and finally be heard.

Within every woman live many expressions
of the feminine soul.

Sometimes she is the Wild Woman,
listening to the whispers of nature
and the voices of the ancestors.

Sometimes she is the Destroyer,
who can no longer endure
what stifles her growth.

Sometimes she is the Warrior,
who takes up the sword
to defend what is sacred to her.

Sometimes she is the Maiden,
rejoicing in a fresh breath of wind
and the first drops of rain.

Sometimes she is the Creatress,
adding new strokes to the canvas of Life,
transforming the world
through her touch.

Sometimes she is the Beloved,
who ignites the fire,
sets the blood pulsing,
lives her sensuality
and allows her passion
to awaken others.

Sometimes she is the Queen,
who knows her worth
and governs her inner and outer realms
with dignity.

Sometimes she is the Mother,
offering tenderness, care,
and nourishment
to her own soul.

Sometimes she is the Guardian,
creating a space of safety and belonging
for herself
and for those she loves.

Sometimes she is the Crone,
who knows her shadow
and honors it
as part of her wholeness.

Sometimes she is the Priestess,
who releases what has fulfilled its purpose
and walks in communion
with the unseen
and with her Higher Self.

And sometimes she is the Wise Woman —
the one who carries the knowledge of countless generations,
the wisdom of past, present, and future,
the voice that already knows
the answers
before the questions are asked.

All of these are the Voices of Sophia.

Sophia is the one who guides a woman
along the path of remembering,
the path of becoming whole,
the path of returning home.

And when a woman chooses herself,
the ancient voice rises again —
clear, steady, unmistakable.

This
is Sophia speaking.
