How can i help you as a doula and supportive person?

Here are some things you can expect from me:

1. I teach you basics during your pregnancy and birth. What to expect and how to prepare your mental health and the body for the birth.
2. I stay with your during your labor and help with pain relief and breathing work
3. I assist you and support during contractions at home and walk you in the hospital.
4. I stay with you after the birth up to 4 hours and help with breastfeeding and first moments with baby.

Back in 2019 I remember that I wanted to give up on wedding and couple photography and spend more time with birth photography and doula service. Because of the lockdown and all that mess with Covid looks like I gave up on birth photography and doula service.

But no, I want to continue as I have a lot to share, and I have a lot of knowledges and truly believe that I can help women in their maternity journey and during labor.

Yes, there are a lot of YouTube videos and you can easily prepare by your own, but during labor it’s an amazing feeling to have a person on your side that can talk to you, breath with you and help with pain relief.
I will prepare some topics and post and share it with you soon.
