I'm Laura, a trained sound healer and the voice behind Mindful Sound. 🪷 I'm so happy you're here. 💛
✨ I was first introduced to sound healing while in Bali, recovering from burnout. I entered the space with no expectations and was mesmerized by how sound baths affected my well-being. Since then, yoga and sound have become a daily part of my life, helping to keep me grounded.
✨ I got my certification in India, where my training focused on traditional therapies using ancient instruments such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes.
✨ My mission is to share this transformative art with communities suffering from the stress epidemic and who want to build better connection with themselves.
✨ With a background in science, I am delighted to see how Western research is slowly beginning to recognize and acknowledge the benefits of these deeply rooted therapies.
