What if forest, therapy and yoga
were combined to approach all aspects of the human existence? Body, mind and soul, the sacred three unity. What if we integrate senses, bodily sensations, intuition, mindful presence? What difference would that make for and in therapy?
Who said that therapy should take place within 4 walls, sitting next to each other and talking for an hour?
I offer therapy in forest, whereby forrest is both a framework for therapy and at the same time functions as a therapy partner, mirror and an anchor. Therapy is inspired by ACT (Accaptance and Commitment Therapy), Nature therapy, Medicine walk, and MyAct (that is a combo of Yoga and ACT therapy, therapy through Yoga practice).
Perhaps you feel that you might need help and you are stuck in the current situation. Maybe you have tried more traditional therapy forms but they are not working as well as you wish they would. Maybe therapy in a forest feels right for you? In this case this therapy might be something for you.
First hour of tharapy is free. Cancellation same day costs 300 kr. If you will choose to continue therapy the payment will be donation based. You pay what you can afford and what you think therapy is worth for you.
Therapy is happening in Chalottenlund forest area north of Copenhagen.

About me: I’m licensed psychotherapist with specialisation in Acceptance and Commitment therapy with years of experience. Apart from that I’m a freelance family counsellor and experienced practitioner of mindfulness and meditation.
I’m spiritually inspired and thus choose dana principle in stead of fixed price as the payment method.

Jeg tilbyder terapi i skoven, hvor skoven danner rammen for terapien og indgår som både sparringspartner, spejlet og et anker. Terapien er inspireret af ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Natur terapi, Medicin walk, og MyAct some er combo af Yoga og ACT.

Første gang gratis, ved aflysning samme dag betales gebyr på 300 kr. Får du lyst til at fortsatte i terapien betaler du dana, dvs. du donerer hvad du har råd til og hvad du synes terapien har været værd.
