We’ve received personal messages asking if we’ll be the ones facilitating this upcoming event, so we wanted to share it here for everyone who might be wondering —

YEEES… we will both be there, facilitating this beautiful gathering.

Our hearts are filled with love and anticipation for what is about to be birthed here.

Here we’re sharing a little about us for those who don’t know us.

Tomorrow, we’ll share more about our vision and how this project was born.

As we approach three years of Ecstatic Flow this month, we’ve been reflecting on how much has unfolded through these portals — how many lives it has touched, how deeply it has touched our own, and how it continues to remind us of the vision from which it was birthed.

We’ll open our circle with cacao ceremony, then journey through a somatic movement practice leading into the depths of ecstatic dance, and close with an integrative sound healing journey to ground and harmonize.

This work means a lot to us, and we deeply honor the trust you place in us — to show up, to drop the masks, and to express your truest selves in this space.

During Ecstatic Flow events we intend to expand awareness in a way that ripples far beyond the gathering itself.

An awareness that seeps into every corner of life — into how we connect, how we celebrate, how we feel, how we move, how we be.

We cultivate this awareness by meeting ourselves consciously — in the body, in movement, in breath, in emotion, and in our interactions with others.

Through it, we peel away what’s not real and let it melt.
We feel what has been numb and let it move.
We allow what’s true to be seen and let it express itself.

And when we do this with such presence and intention within a sacred space, something shifts — this awareness travels home with us. Even if just subtly, it can reshape how we live, move, and connect.

If you haven’t yet been with us, we would love to welcome you into this beautiful movement of expanded awareness and conscious connection — with yourself, with others, and with the world.

In the midst of life’s constant movement, we often forget to feel deeply, to release what’s stagnant, to truly show up for all that is present and alive within us.

Ceremony gives space for what’s inside to move, to breathe, to be witnessed. For ages, humans have gathered in ceremonial spaces — to feel, to connect, to pray, to release, to share, to learn, and to transform together.

Ecstatic Flow rituals are ceremonies. Spaces where we return to the sacredness of being alive, where we share our aliveness with each other in community, and where it’s safe to feel everything that may have been repressed, suppressed, or stagnant.

We can’t wait to sit in the ceremony with you again in just over two weeks.

Planning, testing, chopping, cooking, setting, organizing…

The lifetime of each Ecstatic Flow gathering begins and ends far beyond the rich four hours where openings, release, and transformation unfold.

Sometimes it’s more stressful than others.

Sometimes we’re more hyped up than grounded.

But through it all — we’re enjoying the process.

With incredible humans by our side helping bring it all to life, we feel deeply grateful to co-create these portals of magic with you all 🤍
