🐚 I’m proud to share that I can now teach pre- and postnatal yoga. 🐚
🦋There is so much wisdom stored in women's bodies, so many sacred moments to be honored, and so much healing to be done.🦋
This training has empowered me to speak up—for myself and for other women—so that more women can feel, reflect, and make choices that honor their bodies, minds, and souls.
We need circles of women who hold space for one another, such as pre- and postnatal yoga classes.
We need a more female-centered approach to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, our bodies, and life in general.
We need to talk to our mothers, daughters, and sisters about what it means to be a woman— hear each others stories and feel that we are not alone.
We need to share experiences and information so that each woman can make her own informed choices. And we need to respect those choices.
We need to learn how to relax, expand, and activate our pelvic floor in a way that supports the whole body - rather than to squeeze and tighten.
We need to listen to the wisdom and deep feelings of the womb.
We must dare to go against others' opinions—even those we’re supposed to trust—when they’re not aligned with the guiding voice within us.
We need more rituals and more time to sit with our inner self.
We need to reclaim our incredible bodies and nourish them with the perfect balance of softness and strength to do what Mother Nature (and our kids) asks of us.
And perhaps most importantly, we need to trust that every choice we’ve made—and will make—is part of our personal journey.
We are all doing our best with the resources we have.
Ultimately, we must surrender and let go.
🙏I look forward to teaching classes that honor women's bodies. I still don’t know exactly what form they will take, as I’m in a big transition phase in life (again). Baby step by baby step, I will dive more into this topic.
If you have any wishes or requests, please feel free to message me privately.
