Feeling so grateful and humbled by life right now. This entire year has been deeply transformative for me — truly a Year of the Snake, shedding layer after layer. There have been so many endings, so much grieving and letting go, and with that, the invitation for new and beautiful beginnings to take shape.

One of these new beginnings has been opening myself to share my own shamanic practices with the world. I feel ready to be of service, to share my medicine through my knowledge, my gifts, and the wisdom that has grown from my own life experiences.

Sometimes life has felt unfair for me — I have moved through many challenges, many rebirths, and many encounters with darkness and pain. But deep inside, I know that my soul chose these experiences, to move through all these layers so I could become a portal for healing — not only for myself, but for the collective, and for the generations before and after me.

And now, I feel ready to meet others in all the parts of who they are — from their brightest light to their deepest darkness. I have become an alchemist, a shaman, or whatever name one might give it. The name does not matter — what matters is the space I can hold and the transformation that can happen through energy work.

I am so grateful for all the souls who have come to me this year. It has been such an honor to work with each of you. I will continue offering New Moon and Full Moon healings, as well as individual shamanic sessions. ✨ A little about me...

My awakening journey began in 2018, when I finally chose to follow the path of my soul and heart instead of my mind and ego. I have always carried my gifts and purpose within me — as a highly sensitive person, I deeply felt everything and often absorbed the pain and illnesses of others. Before I discovered boundaries and self-love, I lived through a lot of darkness and struggled to find a way to truly function here on earth.

A deep partnership and the blessing of three children have been great teachers on my path. Through them, I learned to recognize when and where I was giving away my power and life force. Around the same time, I completed a one-year training in shamanic practices, where I learned how to honor and share my unique gifts — both with myself and with others.

Today, I feel grateful, aligned, and rooted in my power. I have begun to share my medicine and now offer shamanic healing and guidance to support you in returning to your highest path — through cleansing and activation.

My name is Sanna, and I live just outside of Nexø on the beautiful island of Bornholm with my family. After completing a one-year training in shamanic healing, I now feel called to open my space and offer individual sessions from July 15.

About the Healing:
Shamanic healing is a deeply transformative and intuitive method that draws on ancient wisdom traditions. By connecting with the forces of nature, spiritual guides, and the soul, we open a sacred space for healing – a space where you are invited to release blockages, retrieve lost parts of yourself, and reconnect with your inner power.

During a session, I use tools such as the drum, rattle, voice, and intuition to enter a state of expanded consciousness, where healing can occur on physical, emotional, mental, or soul levels. This method does not aim to "fix" you but rather to restore balance and reconnect you to your true essence.

Shamanic healing may support you in:
🪶 Processing trauma and old patterns
🪶 Feeling more grounded and present
🪶 Gaining clarity in life choices or relationships
🪶 Deepening your connection to nature, your ancestors, and your inner guidance

No previous experience is needed – only a willingness to turn inward and meet yourself with openness.

Each session begins with a short conversation to tune in to what you need. You’ll then lie down and receive the healing, and afterwards you will get information och guidance based on the healingsession.
