- Nevenka will teach the class on Monday 16.

- The class on Thursday 19 is cancelled.

- The class on Monday 23 is cancelled

We have a few updates ;

Friday sessions will be changed to Thursdays at 18:00, Monday classes at 18:00 remain the same.

- Monday sessions commence on the 12th January

- Thursday sessions commence on the 29th January

RUC Yoga is Back! 🥳

We’re so excited to welcome you on the mat! Regular classes will begin from Monday, 22nd September, following the timetable on the poster.

To kick things off, we’ll also be holding two sessions:
🧘 Monday, 15th September at 18:00
🧘 Wednesday, 17th September at 11:00

The classes will mainly be Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic, flowy style that’s both energizing and fun. All levels are welcome to join and equipment will be provided.

We wish you a wonderful start to the semester and hope to see you there!
