APPLY FOR DEMANT´S GRADUATE PROGRAMME!
For next year's batch, starting on 1 September 2024, you can now apply for ten different tracks (see all tracks below). Deadline for applications is 7 January 2024. You find more information here https://lnkd.in/eaVkg5QN and can apply for the programme here https://lnkd.in/d3GUeA2F.

No matter which track you choose, the programme will take you through three rotations in a two-years journey. During your rotations, you will get hands-on experience with different challenging projects that allow you to learn and build on your knowledge and skills. This will give you a broad understanding of our business and help you build a strong network of people across functions. You will receive a permanent contract from the beginning, and we guarantee a steep learning curve and a lot of fun!

I dag bød vi velkommen til 33 elever og lærere fra 2 lokale skoler i Ballerup, da vi holdte den årlige her hos Demant.

Eleverne mødte rollemodellerne Maja Thorning-Schmidt og Jens Christian Hertel, som til daglig arbejder som ingeniører hos os. Derudover prøvede de kræfter med formning og støbning i Tool shoppen, Ingeniørernes udviklingsspil og så snakkede vi om karriere, uddannelse, job og fremtid. Sammen med Naturvidenskabernes Hus og arrangører over hele landet tager vi ansvar for, at flere inspireres til en fremtid inden for naturvidenskab og teknologi.

Demant Student Network relaunched in 2022 and today the network connects more than 140 students in the Danish Demant companies🤩

The network works toward increasing the retention rate of students. Currently 1 our of 3 students stay in a permanent position.

The student network organizes both in-house and social events, with room for everyone😍
