October showed us static, shadows, and pauses — but also anchors.

🌌 My own nervous system taught me this: when it’s overloaded, the body speaks loudly, just like a computer when the RAM is full. Clearing space isn’t just mental; it’s physical. Emails, storage, even plants that needed new homes — all teaching me that growth only happens when we make room for it.
