Yoga is discernment, not escape.
It’s about recognizing clearly:
what in your life you can change, taking action,
and what you cannot, learning to soften, accept, and endure with presence.
I keep asking myself these days:
What am I enduring that could be eased?
What am I resisting that needs recognition and acceptance?
Ganesha Mudra (as practiced on this photo) reminds me to open my chest, release what blocks me, and meet life with both strength and steadiness.
