One granola a day, gives you more time to play!

Less you eat, more energy you sustain and longer you live!

That's the saying, but it's a fact.

Have ever wondered why people who eat less has more energy than the ones who don't?

Well, when the body has less food to digest, the digestive system is more able to function properly, causing more energy to be available for other bodily functions, such as healing and brain activity.

Digestion itself is a very slow process, most times because of such a heavy meal you intake the body it's cause it to not fully digest and turns into excess fat. During digestion based upon what you intake, it can cause effects like; nausea, fatigue and even vomiting ( either you ate too fast or too much).

While honey offers antioxidant, anti inflammatory and antimicrobial properties its also has minerals like; Vitamin B, Iron and Copper which is beneficial to ones overall health.

B Vitamins in Honey 

Riboflavin (B2): Essential for energy production and cell function.

Niacin (B3): Supports energy metabolism and DNA repair.

Pyridoxine (B6): Aids in amino acid and red blood cell production.

Thiamine (B1): Helps with energy production.

Pantothenic Acid (B5): Crucial for fatty acid metabolism.

Folate (B9): Important for DNA synthesis and cell division.

Iron: Crucial for the production of red blood cells and oxygen transport.

Copper: Involved in iron absorption and the formation of red blood cells.
