DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT: BURTON HENDERSON

The management and staff of the North Eastern Funeral Association express deepest condolences to the family and friends of the late Burton Henderson of Pichelin. His death announcement is published below.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Burton Henderson also known as lazeuu age 60 of Pichelin.
He died on the 9th of February 2026 at the DFCH.

He is survived by:

Brothers:Wilson,Jenner,Alleyne,Russell,Tad,Ronald,Ted.

The management and staff of the North Eastern Funeral Association of Dominica Ltd. extends condolences to the family and friends of the late Louis Bastien.

His death announcement is published below:

We announce the death of Louis Bastien better known as 'John' or 'John- Leah' aged 83 of Grand Bay.

He died on the 3rd of February, 2026 at the DCFH.

He leaves to mourn:

DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT: MONA MARIA LANGLAIS

The management and staff of The North Eastern Funeral Association express our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the late Mona Maria Langlais. Her death announcement is published below:

It is with profound sadness we announce the death of Mona Maria Langlais otherwise known as Aunty Mona, age 88 of Campbell, who resided in London, England and Checkhall Massacre. She passed away on 15th January 2026 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.

She leaves to mourn:

Three (3) children: Pastor Augustus Luke, Peter and Judith Luke

Grandchildren: Dino, Petra, Joshua, Paris, Darren, Leah, Nedine, Dion, Rueben, Eve

Great Grandchildren: Maya, Atlas, Donte, Angelica

Brother: Nicholson Rolle

Sister: Josephine Alexander

Daughters in law: Pauline and Lystra Luke

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of 94-year-old Roma Prescott better known as “Mama”, “Ma Roma”, “Aunty Roma” and “Roms” of Riviere Cyrique, who resided at Riviere Cyrique, Terre Plat then Laplaine.

She was a member of the Riviere Cyrique Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She died peacefully on Thursday January 22nd, 2026, at her daughter’s residence in Laplaine.
