Always great to get together and spend some time with all the old timers for the annual retirees dinner before Xmas. I’m officially an old timer myself. These guys made me the cop I was! Lots of love in that room.

What a proud day as a parent. We’ve had many with all our kids…. Today, this is just another special day because it’s our youngest guy making his future decisions. Officially, James has signed with St. Thomas Aquinas STAC Baseball 2x East Region Champs to play Division II baseball in 2024-25. Can’t wait to see him and his teammates defend their State Championship this year as 8 of 9 starters return.

I’m gonna take a moment to also share this post and shout out James teammates also because he’d want that as a team player. 5 of them have signed Division I & II. I’ve been lucky enough to share in coaching some of these young men too.

Luke Dickerson (Virginia)
Brodie Freker (George Washington)

Every player on this coming years roster will be playing baseball at the college level, which is UNHEARD of. Guaranteed there will be some underclassmen signing DI & DII. This is a stud stacked lineup!

Stopped down at .fitjc in Jersey City yesterday with my gym Side chick.

LEO owned and operated. Pristine clean. Brand new equipment. Everything where it belongs. Calm environment. Music - regardless whether you like it or not - not so loud to overpower headphones or conversation. Oh and yes: its an old firehouse.

The mayhem equipment is special. Not one piece that I tried was “same ol, same ol.” They had: a lower ab machine - that 100% hits the lower abs. They had a Almost decline , old school but new pec deck. A standing bench press. I noticed most machines had like a nice extra touch where I know somebody’s went the extra step. Like thicker pads on the abduction/ adduction machine with a rubber bumper on the inside of the foot pegs.

If you’re in the area: take it for a ride.

It’s hard enough to get lucky in life the first time around…. I must be the luckiest guy in the world because I found luck 2 times and with the same woman. This time we got to do it by sharing it with the ones who mean the most in the world to us
Shel, you were stunning and beautiful the first time, but after 26+ years you’ve only gotten more stunning and beautiful. I am SO LUCKY. I ❤️ U ShelBelle. 😘😘😘. By far the best family vacation yet.

I am grateful to announce I will be furthering my academic and athletic career and to play Division 2 baseball at St. Thomas Aquinas College. I would like to thank everyone who has helped me along my journey, specifically my family, friends, coaches and teammates for encouraging me each day
