🎯 Target spotting and localised using CBCT

Semi lunar palatale incision , bone driniling , luxation and removal of the tooth.

Alveolar cleaning, hemostasis and sutures .

خلع ضرس زائد (ضاحك علوي زائد ) تم اكتشافه اثناء اخذ صور الاشعة المطلوبة قبل القيامة بتقويم الاسنان .
تم الاستعانة باشعة راديو ثلاثية الابعاد (سكانار) من اجل تحديد مكان الضرس بدقة .
تمت العملية بفضل الله و توفيقه .
نستغل هذه الحالة من اجل التاكيد على ضرورة اخذ اشعة قبل القيام بعملية تقويم و عدم الاستعانة بهذه الخطوة .
