Lately, I’ve been tuning in more deeply to my Spirit, the energy around me, my intuition, and my Spirit guides, especially when it comes to certain people. I’m finally learning to say no, stand firm in my boundaries, protect my peace, and release old connections that no longer support my growth.

I’ve turned down certain clients I no longer feel aligned to work with. I stood strong in my boundaries with a friend who got upset with me. Even my sister blocked me on social media. And through it all, I’m still choosing myself. I’ve realized I’m not in alignment with a lot of people’s paths, and that’s okay.

Whatever I lose is not a loss. I know what I deserve, and I refuse to let anyone play with my energy ever again.

I’m truly grateful. My Spirit team is proud, they’re like, “You finally listening, huh?” And yes, I am. Nobody can come between this alignment or disturb the peace I’m claiming for myself.

I’m beyond proud of the adjustments I’m making for a better, brighter future.

So my best advice is this:
If something doesn’t feel right in your soul—SPEAK UP.
If something feels off—IT’S OFF FOR A REASON.
You are not obligated to do anything that throws off your energy or doesn’t nourish your soul.
