Sirsanana is the “king” of postures according to Iyengar. It’s highly effective to get upside down, regularly. It’s like shaking up the “snow globe”. It defies gravity and keeps all body systems fresh, spacious and spongy. My intention is to keep practicing it till the day I pass on. I hold mine for a few minutes for optimum benefits.

It started with a dream many years ago, that was officially initiated October 2024 with an architect and a plan. A new site and a bridge was added to the mix mid 2025. Breaking ground began September. It’s been a long haul, and I’m not there yet, but it does look like I’ll have a gorgeous Finish Sauna (wood burning stove) to enjoy daily for my personal health and wellness and offer to my retreat and Airbnb guests in the very near future. When they’re this ornate, they’re generally really toxic. Touch it, and it will burn and sting and swell. Never the less, they’re quite fabulous.
