Even though I'm stopping my classes in La Carolina, my yoga classes don't end! In our group, there is a teacher of hatha and vinyasa yoga — Eduardo.

🌿 Eduardo Moreno is a Facilitator (online & person-to-person) and a Medicine Musician.

A Yoga practitioner and a certified Laughter Yoga instructor, the style of his Yoga sessions integrates especially Hatha Yoga postures, flows and meditation, while keeping a certain focus on breath and body awareness.

From now on, he will be your weekend teacher in La Carolina.

The thing is Eduardo is able to make announcements only in WhatsApp chat, so please join the chat to jot miss anything important.

Hi guys!

So, time to say goodbye. I'm returning to Russia for a year, I hope to see you again next summer. I was glad to meet you, these yoga classes and our lunches became an important and enjoyable part of my life in Ecuador.

Yogis! This Sunday is going to be our Farewell practice in the Park Metropolitano.

We usually meet at 11:00 at the parking spot N2 (you can easily Google it). So please try not to be late or let me know that you are coming. Then we move to the practice spot all together.

After the practice we usually have a picnic, so please bring some food to share.

After the picnic we can go for a short walk to see llamas. However you are free to leave earlier 🙂

My question is who is ready to practice tomorrow at 11:00 in La Carolina?

It will an *interval training*, not a regular yoga practice. Let me know if you would like to join 🐣

Hi, everyone! I'm still battling my illness, but I seem to be feeling better. I have a few announcements for you:

1) At the beginning of July, I am leaving for Russia for a while. If you've been planning to come to my yoga classes but haven't made it yet, now is the time to try! )) I plan to introduce online classes and record sessions so you can continue practicing and we can stay connected until I return. I can't say when exactly we will return or if we will return at all. These days, situations around the world and plans are constantly changing.

2) If nothing gets in the way, I plan to hold a final workout in Metropolitano with a picnic. Most likely in the middle of the month. This will be a sort of farewell party ))

3) if I don't feel worse this weekend, I plan to hold the usual workout in Carolina. But this time, I think we should meet at 9 AM because I have been invited to an important event at 12:00.

4) I will continue v Thursdays) upon request. If you are ready to train, please write in the chat or message me privately, and we will meet to energize ourselves in the morning.

Hey, yogis!

Please let me know who is coming to practice.

There will be a yoga practice in the Community hostel on Saturday at 9:30. After we can have a breakfast there. You need a mat )

On Sunday there will be our regular practice in La Carolina park. You need a mat too ))

We meet at 11:00 near the entrance of the botanical garden and then move to the spot. Or you can also go directly to the spot.

After the practice we usually go to have lunch together somewhere nearby.
