Have you heard about the 5 hugs a day rule?
That it helps you to reduce your stress and anxiety level? , Cuddles release big amounts of oxytocin, that helps you to feel safe and loved.
According to WHO, the main reason of su***de is absence of healthy attachment. Love is a feeling, and the best way to dive in to it is through our bodies, that release positive hormones through embodied interactions.

On Saturday, 30th of March, at 14:00 we invite you to participate in a free hug flash mob.
The main goal of this event is to step out of the fear of the connections, to feel openness, share and increase the love that we all held in our bodies!
And of course, the second goal is to meet a lot of beautiful people in the process!

Oxytocin ( the hormone that body releases when being hugged) can induce anti-stress-like effects such as reduction of blood pressure and cortisol levels. It increases pain thresholds, exerts an anxiolytic-like effect and stimulates various types of positive social interaction. In addition, it promotes growth and healing.

I am so happy to visit my home country for a while and with this visit I will bring my sunny vibes, cozy mood and a bit of new embodied practices, that will help you to relax and dive in to your sensational experience in the frame of the cuddle party, but could do you a huge favour in your daily life.
So if you are fancy to change your inner state, become more grounded and aware of yourself and if you want to feel joyfulness, playfulness and deep relaxation, you are welcome to join Cuddle party that will be held on 9th of September.

This Saturday, in Portugal, will be held an amazing event “Haven of Emotions”, that is provided by ; and the rest of the team.

I am inviting you to join this one day retreat, that will help you to fulfil your batteries of pleasure and joyfulness.

As for me, I will be there also, not only as a participant but as a healer.

Specially for this day I created special offer for you guys, it’s an “Emotional release massage”. Emotional release massage is a combination of Ta***ic massage techniques with Reiki healing.

Also we will share there with you about all the possibilities how to get there and we will help you find to find a companion for a ride if the bus ( in some reason) will be not suitable option for you to get there.

Please notice that Pre registration is required and that we have the number of participants is limited.
Also remember, that if you are participating for the first time, we will ask you to go through small interview, it will take not longer that 5 minutes, but it helps us to create a safe and supportive space for everyone.
