She is a gentle guide on the path to an ecological, free and harmonious lifestyle.

Her treasury of practices will guide you to discover your sensuality and playfulness at the same moment, helping you become more resilient, stronger, and find pleasure in the process of self-discovery.

Cuddle Party is space that you would like to visit again because at Cuddle Party you can:

❤️ Discover new facets of contact with your own body.

This time, every 5 euros from the sold ticket will go to support

Preregistration is required, we have limited spots for participation.

Please notice, that if you are participating for the first time you may need to go through a small interview. It helps us to create a safer space for all participants.

Have you heard about the 5 hugs a day rule?
That it helps you to reduce your stress and anxiety level? , Cuddles release big amounts of oxytocin, that helps you to feel safe and loved.
According to WHO, the main reason of su***de is absence of healthy attachment. Love is a feeling, and the best way to dive in to it is through our bodies, that release positive hormones through embodied interactions.

On Saturday, 30th of March, at 14:00 we invite you to participate in a free hug flash mob.
The main goal of this event is to step out of the fear of the connections, to feel openness, share and increase the love that we all held in our bodies!
And of course, the second goal is to meet a lot of beautiful people in the process!

Oxytocin ( the hormone that body releases when being hugged) can induce anti-stress-like effects such as reduction of blood pressure and cortisol levels. It increases pain thresholds, exerts an anxiolytic-like effect and stimulates various types of positive social interaction. In addition, it promotes growth and healing.

Let’s make evolution in love together! ☮️
