You can’t pour into someone who’s already full — just not with you.

Full of work.

Love doesn’t land if there’s no room for it.

This isn’t about giving more, trying harder, or making yourself “enough.”
It’s about asking what’s already feeding them before they get to you.

Because the truth is — it’s not your job to empty them.
It’s your job to protect what you bring to the table.

No.

I’ve learned to see every family trip through a systemic lens. It’s not about perfection — it’s about observing the patterns that show up when everyone is outside of their routine.

Who carries the invisible load?
Who feels left out?
Who leads? Who disappears?
Who gets anxious?

Vacations often mirror the deeper choreography of our family system.

And sometimes, the mess is the medicine.

Let the sand get in your shoes. Let the tears be okay. Let your family trips reveal what’s ready to shift.

It’s truly special to share this with you my dear IG family! 💫

For almost three months, I’ve been offline, fully immersed in the incredible journey of motherhood. Every moment with my little one is precious, as I witness her growing and changing. Time seems to slip through my fingers, reminding me of the fleeting nature of these early days 😊.

Becoming a mother has transformed me in ways I couldn’t have imagined, especially in my understanding of my own mother. She’s been my rock, my guiding light, and now, I appreciate her more deeply than ever before. I count myself as the luckiest girl in the world to have been raised by such an extraordinary woman. Her unwavering support has given me the courage to explore the world and live life to the fullest, as if I’ve lived a thousand lifetimes.

On this Mother’s Day, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the incredible women out there who embody the essence of motherhood. You are the real superheroes, and your love and sacrifices never go unnoticed. ♥️💫
